If possible I would give this review a 0/5 but thats not possible, so therefore I give a one. Firstly, we show up to this Dunkin and wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru line. There were 3 cars, the first car had just pulled off and there was another one in front of us. We finally get to the intercom, placed our order, and it was a bit more intricate, because we don't want our coffees too sweet so we customized the syrup pumps. We asked how the drinks come and asked if we could do less pumps. We wait another 5 minutes in line, fine whatever, even though it was 3:30 pm and there was one other car in the line. We finally pull up the window and the employee says, "Did you order? What did you order?" My sister and I are looking at each other confused because we had just ordered and wondered where our order went, and we had just saw on the screen at the intercom/menu, what our order was and in live the order being put in. My sister repeats back the order to the employee and had to repeat herself 3 times because this girl would not listen and kept cutting my sister off. We then again asked nicely how many pumps of syrup came with the drinks and if we could change it she huffed and said ok. We wait another 10 almost 15 minutes in front of the window. We ordered a Tirmasu shaken espresso with 1 pump of the syrup, a medium iced latte with 2 french vanilla and 2 blueberry, and 10 count of assorted munchkins of pumpkin, blueberry, and glazed. This girl keeps coming to the window and going, this happened about 4 times, and she finally comes to pay us out. A shaken espresso comes darker, anyone who drinks coffee knows this, this girl brings out two drinks that looked beige, I am not even exaggerating it did not look like coffee. My sister asked which one was the shaken espresso and she grabbed a drink placed it down rather dramatically closer to the front of the window to display the color. My sister said calmly, "That is not the right color if its a shaken espresso." This employee then huffs, literally huffs and says, "Well this is how we make it, it comes this light." Let me also mention half this interaction is with her rolling her eyes. She then asks do you want this, my sister says, "No if its not made correctly." She says "Okay so I cancel?!" My sister says I guess. This employee proceeds to grab the drink that she moved closer to the window, the other latte, and the munchkins all to another counter, slams the drinks down, and then slammed the window in my sisters face. A horrible horrible experience, horrible service. I understand she may have had a bad day, okay so do we all. But all we wanted was coffee and coffee made correctly. We asked kindly and we were treated with such rudeness and disrespect. I never in my life have had such a horrible experience at a Dunkin. The girl was not wearing a name tag but she worked at 3:36 pm on 09/12/26, she had braids and is African-American. I will be reaching out to corporate.
