- AAAshleyJun 29, 20261.0Worse DUNKIN' EVER. I SWEAR EVERYTIMEEEEE SOMETHING IS WRONG. I go and they tell me they don't sell double chocolate anymore, so I get a jelly. It's stale as hell. This time my bf went and they have double chocolate (so they were just out that day and told me they don't sell it anymore). He brings it home and it's MUSH and the frosting is wet, it's put upside in the bag so of course the frosting isn't on the donut anymore. I had to throw it away it's so soggy. What the heck is going on here ?? Will never waste my money again.

Get to window, girl says you ordered double scoop of what? I tell her and hand my card. She cannot be bothered to get off her phone to complete my transaction. Then hands me a double scoop in a cup. I said I ordered that in a waffle cone. She literally puts the waffle cone on top of my scoop in the cup and said how's that?! I said can you please scoop it into the cone like I ordered? She flips the cup upside down into the cone and says there. Wow. Won't be back to this location. This happened Saturday June 20th at about 3:30pm, for reference is any manager is reading this.

I do not recommend going inside. It is universally known, that if a customer is standing by the register, they would probably like to order. Stood by the register, an employee even approached the register to set down a mobile order and walked away! Customer service, if I could submit zero stars based off this recent experience, I would. I recommend, if you want your Dunkin’ Dounts early in the morning, do not visit the one on Morse Road.
