- FDFrank DavidJun 18, 20262.0I never leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt like I had to. I ordered a medium cold brew with 3 cream, 3 French vanilla, 1 sugar, and vanilla cold foam. What I got looked like a large cold brew that was extremely dark and bitter. I customize my drink for a medium, and this tasted nothing like what I ordered. Mind you I order this almost every day, whether it’d be this location or another. I went back through the drive thru and explained that the drink was too bitter and that I had ordered a medium specifically. The employee had an attitude from the start. I handed her the drink, and I literally watched her pour the same large drink into a medium cup, add a little more vanilla cold foam on top, and hand it right back to me. The whole thing took maybe 15 seconds. I don’t know if she didn’t expect me to watch her or something but seriously? At that point, I didn’t even want to ask again because I was worried about what might happen to my drink. So I just left. I paid for a drink made correctly, not for someone to pretend to fix it and hand me the same thing back. Between the rude attitude and the fact that I was lied to, I won’t be coming back to this location. Since it’s the only Dunkin near me, I’ll be taking my business to Starbucks instead.

Instead of correcting the issue courteously, I felt that I was not treated with the basic respect every customer deserves. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes customer concerns and employee conduct more seriously.

I was hung up on four times by the employees at this location definitely the worst location and worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

It was so bad that the employee at the register felt bad and kept saying sorry. I told her it wasnt her fault. His actions just caused a loyal customer of over 10 years to never come here again. Sad to see this place go down because of LACK of respect and leadership. Some of the other workers here are cool but this manager dark skinned guy with glasses is the worst.
