- DHDavid HousemanOct 4, 20261.0Just bought 4 maple donuts and 2 Boston cream donuts. Maple fresh. They forgot the cream part of the Boston cream donuts. Seemed not as fresh either. 10-4-2026
- MXMargaret XSep 17, 20261.0Waited 15mins for one drive thru coffee order. This place could be more ridiculous. Hire someone who can actually read and hear the order correctly at drive thru.
- JTJacob ThompsonSep 9, 20261.0The store never does nothing. They’re always out of everything. They do not want to fix nothing. Somebody should get hold of the owner cause he’s losing a lot of money. They never wanna make nothing. They lie. The machines are always down. They supposed to sell coffee and donuts, but they never have it. It makes no sense. I think the people there is too lazy. They just hang out all day with their friends in the store.
- KBkristen BrushAug 27, 20261.0Every drink I order is made incorrectly. Every time I ask for something, it's an issue regardless if its a napkin or a straw. I will never go back to this location. I wanted to order medium drinks and they only offered large or small. They don't put any coffee or espresso in the lattes. Absolutely worst dunkin I've ever been to.
- AJAdam JamesAug 27, 20261.0I should have read the reviews before going to this location. I did not see or receive any of the disrespect noted. Service issues are my concern. There is no sense of urgency in what they do. I ordered a cold brew with sugar and flavor. Watched the employee make the drink and avoid the cold brew handle and went to the original. When I pointed this out, that is when they decided to inform me that there was no cold brew. A heads up needs to be given while placing the order, not after the fact. An iced coffee is completely different than cold brew. On that note, the original tastes extremely burnt. I have no hope for all of the food service industry. Extreme prices, out of control tipping culture, and poor service.
