WHY does my bank have to send me an instant notification BEFORE my receipt even prints saying that my card was charged $11.94?! The cashier should've said something to me ahead of time. I definitely brought it to the manager’s attention, and I’m told, “The system is messed up and it charged a $2 tip.” How many people are being charged unauthorized tips due to "system malfunction". I will be contacting corporate regarding this and my experience. There's no telling how many people that didnt pay attention to their credit card payment and got charged an unauthorized tip. This is unacceptable!! This needs to be looked into immediately.

There was no parking available so we opted to park in an area that was close to the drive thru window (there were NO signs indicating it was a “NO PARKING” area). As we got out of our vehicle and approached the establishment an employee yelled out the drive thru window, instructing us to park in the parking lot. We told her there were no parking spaces available in the lot and she said there was parking behind the building. We told her we would be there long enough to make a purchase and leave. When we walked in there was only one customer. While we were placing our order, all the staff followed the manager to the counter and the manager told us we responded disrespectfully to his staff. Once again we explained there is no parking spaces available in the lot and we were only there long enough to place an order, pick it up and leave. The manager continued saying we were disrespectful. We decided to leave without making a purchase. Based on the number of customers in Dunkin’ Dounut it was apparent all the staff were parked in the customer lot and the staff, including the manager, were instructing customers to park in their employee lot, which was behind the building and dumpsters.
