- CBcarl bowmanMay 7, 20261.0For some reason, I keep doing mobile orders at this location, only to be waiting 30 minutes watching other ppl get their hot coffee and food. When I get mines it's cold. The crazy part, staff just looks at me and will wait 20 minutes to ask if I been helped. The male manager is the worst, which this only happens when he's working. If it's the female manager, her and the staff is great. Don't do mobile orders from this location unless you want to be late.

- CCCaitlinApr 19, 20265.0This Dunkin is my favorite location in my area. There are a couple slightly closer options, but I prefer this one. I take my dog nearly everyday for a pup cup. I prefer this location because the pricing is better (the franchised locations charge more and charge a $1 for pup cups), the service is always great, there is never a wait (even if there's a line it moves quickly), and I've never had any issues with orders nor service. Definitely recommend this location if it's close to you.

Even the "contact us" option on their direct website doesn't even work. Don't waste your money here. It's dirty, regularly has gnats, employees hate their lives (which is valid) and with "new and improved management!" they're doing worse than ever, production AND customer service wise. Enjoy!
