  WHOEVER THE BLACK GUY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s march 31, 2026 at 10:pm. Whoever the black guy that’s answering the phone is rude and unprofessional. He literally hung up on me 5 times.Picking up and immediately placing the call on hold. Not letting me talk and then releasing the call. I tried to cancel and he just ignored every attempt to get any customer service from the Donatos on Noe Bixby. He even accused me of hanging up on him which is ridiculous when I needed help with my order that was already 20 minutes late. The reviews for the Noe Bixby location tell you how HORRIBLE the customer service is. If it was up to me, he would be fired!!! Because of him, I’ll never buy another item from that location. Sad and useless. Playing with people’s time and their money!!!! That place is better off being closed permanently! They need to start allowing a no star review! The worst an establishment can receive. It makes me wonder about management that they would have such a person working there!! He clearly doesn’t give a damn!

  Don't go to this location! I ordered delivery a few weeks ago and they said they were waiting on a driver.. my pizza was sitting there for two hours.. I had to call and get a refund and I asked again and they said yeah the pizza is still sitting here smh

  I ordered a one topping pizza, sub and salad. I requested two dressings and only received one. The pizza was lukewarm and reminded me of cheese toast. I regret leaving a tip.
