  We order from here regularly and just got delivery. The food is ok, but we got scammed at our own door. The order total online was 13.68. Cool, so we give him $14. We had a free personal pizza which was applied to the order (i have screenshots!) Why when the guy gets here, why is he demanding 19.97? That’s not our total. I’m in disbelief, I don’t even have an appetite anymore. I hope Donatos does something to fix this mishap ‘cause this is unacceptable. We weren’t even given our physical receipt. Edit 5/17/26- support basically doesn’t exist either!!

  I ordered a pizza around 8:30pm & was told my pizza would be here at 9:05. I called at 9:23 because my pizza still hasn’t arrived & was told my pizza would be here “a few minutes” my pizza didn’t get here until 10:13 & was cold. I live 8 mins from here & it’s a Wednesday night, not a busy Friday or Saturday. There’s no reason it should’ve been over an hour late & cold.

  Placed an order over the phone for pickup, the automated system was easy to use. I was able to Pick up my pizzas in the convenient drive through. Pizzas were absolutely delicious.

  Great!!! Great!!! Customer service! Wonderful location that cares about their customers. Most Donatos seize to fail me.
