  This is the 3rd time i had given this location a try. Every time it gives me a time my pizza will be here its wrong. The first 2 times i waited 2 hrs. I tried to call the store but no1 answered the phone. This time it says my Pizza was out the over at 720 and wasnt delievered yet finally at 805 i drove thers to pick up my pizza. The manager was very nice doing all that he could do. However the driver came in and was rude. The manager here needs more help and better workers. My pizza was still cold even being told it wouldnt be.

  This location absolutely sucks I had a delivery order I placed around 10:15pm and have been trying to call for over an hour keep getting put on hold and they finally answer once they close just shows they did not want to take an order or pick up the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous! They close at 12am And some lady finally answered at 12:14-12:15am and I told her i had a delivery order I placed it a while ago just wondering if it’s on the way then she replies “ I am trying to go home there are no deliveries out right now have her order name and everything and says no nothing is being delivered we are closed and mind you I placed this order about 2 hours before they closed there is no excuse for that. I mean this is absolutely unacceptable the manager or who ever needs to hire better staff because they clearly do not like there job! This happened on 4/17/2026 please check on your staff find better ones at this location I will not be ordering from here again!!! And she had the audacity to say I’m going home well I freaking have KIDS TO FEED what a waste of time I will be coming in the store tomorrow and getting my refund. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. never again!

  Garbage delivery experience. Food arrived an hour later than app estimate, cold and dry, and to add insult to injury it was delivered to the wrong house. Do not order food from this place.

  Ordered pizza it said 45-55 minutes. It said it was ready for delivery after 30ish minutes but nothing happened after 45 minutes it’s been at store for 45 minutes ready/quality check. I called store no answer for 10 minutes. They said they only have 1 driver but no explanation why the app said it’s been ready for delivery for 45 minutes but haven’t left the store. So now I’ve been waiting 1.5 hours for my pizza and it still hasn’t left store even though it’s been ready for 45 minutes. This location is terrible and I’m never ordering again. How does 1 pizza and 1 cheesy bread take over 1.5 hours to be delivered on a Monday night. Terrible customer service and terrible location. Update: been waiting over two hours for pizza to be delivered. Tried calling store no answer and been on hold over 20 minutes. It’s been out for delivery for 1.5 hours.
