After waiting nearly two hours for my order, I spoke with Kayla, the manager, who accused me of not answering my phone — even though my call log shows the delivery driver only called once. I provided clear delivery instructions in the app, including the door code. This seemed like a simple case of a driver not wanting to take the time to enter the code and complete the delivery properly. Instead of listening or trying to resolve it, Kayla insisted I was lying. That is not how you treat a customer. I ended up ordering from Mikey’s instead, and unfortunately this is now a place I’ll avoid going forward.

Received a phone call from the store saying we were outside of their delivery zone, did we want to come pick it up. What? They put us on hold for 10 minutes without any remedy and then canceled our order completely. We won’t be ordering from them again.
