  The food is decent but at times the bread can be stale, & ingredients aren't very fresh. The meat quality could definitely be better. Some of the staff & management team can be extremely rude & racist. At times mocking people & customers. It is not a place where all people are welcomed or will be treated with respect unless you are caucasian. Subway, firehouse or Jimmy John's at least treats all people with decency. Try anywhere else for better customer service, quality, speed, & order accuracy.

  Christian was an amazing shift lead! He was very helpful and hooked us up splitting a large sub with how we wanted each half. Followed up and made sure everything was right and we enjoyed our meal. We will definitely return due to his generous behavior and great food by the cooks!

The bread tasted freshly baked, the deli meat was generous and flavorful, and overall the sandwich was well put together. The only small improvement I’d suggest is adding a bit more veggie toppings to better balance the sandwich. 💻 Online Ordering (Needs Improvement): This was the weak point of the experience. • Entering the store’s ZIP code (43212) didn’t bring up the location • The menu/navigation felt confusing • My cart reset during checkout and I had to start over • Limited customization (no clear “extra,” “light,” or “on the side”) • The special instructions box has a tight character limit ⏱️ Overall, ordering online took significantly longer than expected compared to similar places. 🏬 In-Store Experience: This part completely turned things around.
