  The food was amazing and it came out quickly. I dont remember our waiters name but he had just started but thervice couldn't have been friendlier. This was our first time to a dave and busters and we're likely to visit one in our area because of this experience.

  My family and I have been to Dave & Buster's many times, and we've always had a great experience—until last night. I left genuinely upset by the way we were treated by our server. From the moment we were seated, she seemed annoyed that we were there. It wasn't even a busy Tuesday night, but every interaction made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. When I asked a simple question about the differences between the Alfredo dishes, she acted as though I was bothering her instead of helping me choose a meal. After we ordered, we went to play games while waiting for our food, which is something we've done during previous visits without any issues. Once we finished eating, we left our drinks at the table so we'd know where they were while we continued playing. Instead, our server insisted the table had to be cleared immediately and that we needed to pay right then. She even came to find us and tapped us on the shoulder to tell us we had to come back and pay. We've never been asked to do that before, and the way she handled it felt rude and unnecessary. Because our table was cleared, we had nowhere to come back and sit except near the bar. My original plan was to take a break from playing games and order dessert for my family, but after losing our table, we decided not to. My son even lost his drink in the process of having to move everything. Thankfully, the bartender was wonderful and kindly replaced it for him. He was the highlight of our visit and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that we spent around $500 that night between food and game cards. As loyal customers, I expected much better treatment. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and honestly questioning whether I want to return. To make matters worse, my husband paid the bill and later told me the payment screen only showed tip percentages and didn't appear to have a "no tip" option. Had I been the one paying, I would not have left an 18% tip after the service we received. Good service deserves a good tip, but poor service should not be rewarded. I hope management addresses this because one rude server completely changed what should have been a fun family night. We love Dave & Buster's, but experiences like this make customers think twice about coming back.
