  I went to grab a pickup, and the girl behind the window watched me walk up, conpletely ignored me, and set down a tub and a box of literal dog biscuits right in front of me and started opening it and filling it up without saying a word to me. Feeding an actual dog at work instead of their paying customers. I submitted a complaint on their website and it was likewise completely ignored. This is who these people are.

  This is my third review, because the franchise owner downright REFUSES to contact me back via email. They will only reply to my reviews on here, acting as though they care, but it's all for show. I have been in close contact with someone at the corporate office and even they are BAFFLED on why I am not getting a response back, after they have escalated my complaint multiple times. I am now also in contact with BBB and the Ohio Attorney General over the refusal to refund my money after the manager admitted he did not have my food delivered. Guess I'll be back next week to leave another review, to ensure any and everyone is properly warned before spending money at this location. Still awaiting a response from the store owner, for food I ordered OVER TWO WEEKS ago, never received and am asking for a refund on. I had immediately called the store and since- I've left a review and reached out to corporate, who simply referred me back to this location that is clearly ignoring my requests for refund. Give me my money back since you did not send my food, which the manager, Zack admitted, so no reason to delay any longer on my refund. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, IM NOW SPENDING THREE WEEKS TRYING TO GET A REFUND.

  This DQ is great. The drive-thru is fast and it is also fast to order at the window. No dining room. DQ’s burgers are not good. The crispy fried chicken tastes better. The blizzard is great with seasonal flavors, but it is too sweet for me. Ice cream birthday cakes are available.
