- RBRhea B1 day ago1.0Terrible experience — avoid this location and just drive to the West Broad store instead. There were no cars in line, yet we still waited over 30 minutes for only two meals. Multiple cars came and went while we were told to pull forward. Then they locked the doors because they were “closing,” without ever updating us on our order. I had to go ask where our food was myself. At a Window When they finally brought the food out, it was obvious it had been sitting there for quite a while. The fries and burgers were cold, the ice cream was melting, and there wasn’t even ice in the drinks. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund because they “don’t have the authority.” Completely unacceptable customer service. I’m extremely disappointed and will be reporting this to corporate if a manager does not reach out to resolve this.

When I called to let them know, the manager was completely unwilling to help or offer any kind of solution. No apology, no effort to fix it — just poor customer service all around. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters, and this place clearly doesn’t care. I have two kids who didn’t have meals for dinner. I won’t be coming back.
