Upon entry, Hostess missing from station for almost 5-min. Had to chase down someone to seat us. My Old Fashioned was watered-down. Unclear to me how it retained any bronze coloring due to lack of bourbon. My salmon was significantly under cooked; cool in middle, and oozing liquid. I sent back, and it came out significantly over-done (and at the point where others had finished their meals). A very disappointing evening. They've lost any future business from me. Can not recommend.

I made reservations for a saturday evening and there wasn't a need to since this place was not terribly busy. However a large party did come in after us. We were there for a birthday and they gave us a happy birthday menu with the staff signatures. The waiter was very nice. However the food was less than I expected from a Cameron Mitchell restaurant and fish market. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp for an appetizer and that took a while to come out. My husband got the lobster bisque which was too sweet for me, but my husband liked it, but there was not much lobster. My husbands food came out fine and he like his salmon, however like the appetizer, the shrimp in the shrimp and crab tortellini was extremely overcooked. I mentioned something to the waiter and they replaced the overcooked shrimp with more overcooked shrimp. The rest of the dish was good. We were disappointed that the manager did not come by. All in all, not worth the price and would rather have gone next door to Cap City.

Service was excellent, took 25 minutes to get the check-in the bill paid but our waitress was busy with a large party, which I noticed. She received no help from the other staff. The shrimp was about as pathetic as you could get and was very hard and could hardly be cut with a knife. Crab cake was excellent ad was the salad. Salmon and shrimp should never have been sent out. We have been here numerous times and it has gone downhill gradually over the past several visits. For the price that you pay, it is not worth what you get any longer.

My husband who is blind treated my 86 years old mother, our daughter in law and me to a nice dinner 🍽 for mothers day. It was 68 degrees and sunny outside but inside at our table it was 52 degrees. We were freezing. We ask our server to turn the air down because we were eating our food as quickly as we could not getting to enjoy it because it got cold. The server said she would tell the manager, It continued to blow extremely cold air on us. We asked again. She said she told him. All the people around us had jackets on or their arms wrapped around themselves or left like my son and family did. My mother and I wanted dessert but nothing with ice cream!! It was so cold I couldn't feel my hands. My arms were froze. My son's nose was running and he put a hood on he was so cold. I got a box and took my cake home. They were out of key lime pie on Saturday. They should have had that on the menu. One of the few items without ice cream! The manager never came out, never fixed the problem. There was only two tables left in the area we were in because no one could stand it any longer. I won't be back unless it's winter. If I feel any cold air instead of heat I will leave before ordering and spend my money somewhere we can actually enjoy the dinner! Not sure I will ever return considering our experience.

We love Cameron Mitchell restaurants but our experience here wasn’t the greatest last visit. Decided to try it again tonight which was a big mistake, worst dining experience of my life. Reservation at 6:15, they were busy and the hostess said it would be a few minutes, no big deal. We sat at the bar for about 15 minutes when a booth at the bar became open which was first come so we took it. Bar was busy and it took the server a while to get our drinks and even longer to order. Took about 1/2 hour for the appetizer to come out, which was average at best (spicy shrimp) so we had already been there an hour. 45 minutes later our food comes out , as the table sat as the same time as us was leaving, and I could tell right away something wasn’t right. The broccoli and carrots were not even cooked and my halibut was freezing cold, no telling how long it had been sitting there. My wife’s balsamic salmon was burnt and drenched in sauce. I sent mine back (which I have never done anywhere) and told them I wanted nothing else and that my wife’s meal was cold and awful as well. Manager tried to offer me something else which I refused, I just wanted out of there. My wife choked down 1/2 her salmon and we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for our bill, which I had to go up to the bar to ask for. Total waste of 2 hours of our lives. We will never be back
