  Orders are prepared quickly for both eat-in or take-out. The menu for breakfast and lunch items is extensive including sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, desserts, drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and an extensive candy counter. They also cater tailgates and parties. Chocolate Cafe just celebrated its 19th year in business.

  So I went to the chocolate Café today that was listed on TikTok and a friend of mine came there and I’m always the type of person your greeting is your best reputation for me so we came there me and a friend today and the welcoming was horrible when someone who comes in hello good evening good afternoon how are you doing? I didn’t get none of that. No eye contact no hello until after eventually someone asked can I help you and we had told the lady oh this is our first time there and you know like she just shrugged it off so most likely we will not be coming back there. Food was great. The sandwiches was good. The soup it was OK I’ll give it a Three or five a lobster bisque, but I always feel that they could’ve did a better introducing themselves you know saying hello hi you know how can I help you when you first come in other than that they didn’t like I said they just no one anything no response no hello how are you doing or anything so nine times out of 10 I’ll be going back.

  I don’t know if things could get better than this place! We came for the breakfast bowl, which, by the way, one of the best breakfast bowls I have ever had, and not to mention the price? Best priced value meal I have had in years. Not only that, but the service was impeccable. We ended up ordering two more bowls, one to go and the other for here and they were so gracious on getting us new silverware. Then we ended up ordering the carrot cake… Which words cannot describe how good this carrot cake was. I am a carrot cake fanatic, and this is the best carrot cake I’ve had at a restaurant establishment in over five years. Not to mention the size of the cake is absolutely massive. It’s a shame that they don’t have one of these where I live, but now I will make it a matter of traveling just to Columbus for this place. Don’t hesitate, go now!
