Meeting the owner, she joked that she’s “a little crazy” — but the only crazy thing about this place is how unbelievably good everything is. From the sandwiches and soups to the endless lineup of desserts, every bite was fantastic. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. And to top it all off, don’t skip the mimosa flight or one of their homemade coffees. This spot is an absolute gem.
A little pricey, but well worth it (IMHO). The staff was amazingly friendly, prompt, and attentive. The food was wonderful (I got the bacon, tomato, and mozzarella with homemade pesto on flatbread...GREAT flavor). Would definitely recommend to friends!
I feel bad writing a bad review, but I think a lot of the 5 star reviews are fake. I got food poisoning from the chicken salad croissant. Currently vomiting up stomach bile.
I think this place is trying to differentiate too much and each item is lower quality than if they focused on crafting one thing like “food” “chocolate” “ice cream” “cakes”. The staff were friendly and hard working.
Liking this place is like saying you love Italian food and eating at Olive garden.
We used to live right around the corner, and I don’t know why we haven’t been back more often. Everything is always wonderful, including the sandwiches, salads, and non-chocolate desserts like cheesecake, key lime pie, lemon mascarpone cake, etc. The chocolate is the star, but you don’t have to wait for dessert to go. Cocktails are excellent, too - chocolate martinis of course, but also mimosas, Bellinis, and other fun flavors. The grilled cheese sandwiches are a particular favorite.

We just stopped for dessert. The chocolate covered stawberry and cherry was fabulous. The marscapone cake looked crumbly but was so moist. The chocolate cake was moist and rich and tne coffee paired very well. The oatmeal pie was very cinnamon forward
Liked it so much we had to go back the next day.
