I believe it was a younger Black man, and I was impressed by the way he actively supported and trained his team while ensuring everything ran smoothly. His leadership and willingness to help his employees did not go unnoticed. Although the line was a bit long, it moved efficiently, the staff remained friendly, and the food was prepared exactly as expected. It was a great experience overall, and I hope management recognizes the positive impact this manager has on the team.

If you’re a manager or franchise owner of this chipotle you should be ashamed at how awful your service is.
- SMS MJun 17, 20261.0Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle to my house, but it is by far the worst location I have ever visited. You can almost guarantee that something will be wrong with your order experience. They’re frequently out of ingredients, sometimes multiple ingredients at the same time, and it seems like basic operational issues never get resolved. The management at this location is clearly struggling. Employee morale appears extremely low, and it shows in both the speed of service and overall customer experience. I’ve waited as long as 45 minutes for food here, which is completely unreasonable for a fast-casual restaurant. On top of that, staff members are often unfriendly or indifferent, making an already frustrating experience even worse. What is most disappointing is that this isn’t an isolated incident. The problems are consistent and have been for a long time. This location has developed a reputation throughout Columbus as one of the worst Chipotles in the area, and unfortunately, that reputation is well deserved. I keep hoping things will improve, but after so many disappointing visits, it’s hard to have any confidence that they will.
