A kid was making the bowls and doing a fantastic job, he is super kind, good at his job, and makes sure you get what you want. I was really upset to see someone testing him and questioning his serving size by having him scoop chicken into a bowl and weighing it… in front of me. Multiple people in line even mentioned how wrong that is and they won’t eat there if they fire him over his serving. To test your employee in front of customers and comment on his serving is so incredibly weird. Do better. Treat your hardworking employees better. Sad to see.

Me: “Well, it’s 9:45…”. He just said “Oh”. Just, why even advertise a closing time if you’re not going to adhere to it? I walked to Wendy’s and overpaid for bad food after. So you guys lose my $, Wendy’s gets it and I get bad food. All when I show up within posted hours. Great experience. 🤮 👍 🤡

This is several times in last few months randomly closed middle of the day in afternoon. When they are open the quality of food is definitely less than other chipotles but good enough if you are ok with directing them to scoop enough food and to not scoop contaminated ingredients into your meal. Dont bother ordering ahead or your order will be wrong or 1/2 the expected portion.

They weren't even apologetic about it at all and in fact were kind of rude to me about, as if I should have known this is common. This is absolutely ridiculous I'm not downloading an app just to order food when I'm standing right in front of you. What a horrible way to do business
