  I’ve been going to this location since it opened well over 15 years. This is the second time that I’ve gone to this location and they didn’t have any CHEESE!! $12 for a burrito that doesn’t even have cheese ! This is the most basic ingredient I can think of that doesn’t need to be cooked or made and not having it is just ridiculous and inexcusable and whoever is responsible for ordering supplies should be fired. This location has been wildly inconsistent, sometimes fine and other times just terrible. The guac is bad or the chips are stale and have no salt or the rice tastes awful or they are frequently out of stock, but cheese? Cmon man! I have been saying for awhile now that I won’t eat here again but this time I am never going back and I’m going to make it my mission to tell everyone that I know how subpar, disappointing and terrible this place is. I would rather pay twice as much down the street at a real Mexican restaurant than spend another dime at this poor excuse for a restaurant.

  Extraordinarily bad customer service. The store hours on both the website and the front door clearly state that the restaurant is open until 10:00 p.m. We arrived well before that, yet at 8:12 p.m., an employee came out and loudly announced, "The dining room will close at 8:35, and you'll be asked to leave." From that point on, instead of allowing customers to enjoy their meal, the same employee began cleaning all around us—dragging chairs loudly across the floor and sweeping directly next to our table while we were still eating. He also took the broom that he was using on the floor to wipe the top of a table Then, at exactly 8:25 p.m., he came over and said, "Excuse me, I'm gonna ask you to move to the other side of the restaurant." If your dining room is actually closing at 8:35, your posted hours should reflect that. If you're open until 10:00 p.m., customers shouldn't be rushed out or made to feel unwelcome nearly an hour and a half before closing. This was one of the most uncomfortable restaurant experiences I've had, and it's not the level of customer service I expect. We asked to speak to the manager and she never came out. The employee was also combative when we said we were going to finish our meal. And sadly this is not the first Chipotle that we have eaten at that has not kept their dining room open to their full store hours. On two other occasions we have been at Chipotle's where when we walked in at 8:30 or 9:00 at night and all the chairs were on the tables in the dining rooms allowing no sit down dining. Extremely disappointing.

  Unfortunately Im going to have to switch to a different location or avoid chipotle altogether. This location is repeatedly out of food and the wait is well beyond what the app says. We ordered today at 5:20 to be ready at 5:40 and at 6:00 it’s still not ready. Frequently, we order tacos that are incorrect. I’ve given all the chances and money I can give to this one.

  Chronically understaffed which makes it go very slowly. 100% a management/corporate issue. Staff are usually great.
