- BBblaiseSep 17, 20261.0this is the worst chipotle in columbus. i received the notification that my pickup order was ready but didn't recieve it for another 12 minutes because the staff ignored me, despite my efforts to communicate with them. they stood around and laughed with one another while my food got cold in the back, and all of the staff refused to help retrieve my food because it "wasn't their responsibility". once i finally recieved my food, it was freezing cold and so over-salted i could hardly stomach it. horrific service and horrific food.

Aside from flys in the store, the tables are very dirty, nothing is stocked I had to ask for utensils napkins. The worker gave half portions so wouldn’t go grab more from the back. I got a bowl half chicken half steak, the meat had the weirdest taste and smell couldn’t eat more than 2 bites before throwing it, like it wasn’t cleaned or even seasoned. From all the years I been to chipotle, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Food 0/10 Store cleanness 0/10 Service and attitude 0/10 Like wow!
