- BDBuckeye Diner4 days ago1.0I visited the other night and was told I couldn’t have fajita vegetables because they were reserved for mobile orders, even though I could visibly see them being cooked. There was a line of people waiting to order in person, yet the employee told me mobile orders take priority and are more important. What a dismissive thing to say to a customer standing right in front of you. I understand running out of an ingredient. Watching it being prepared while being told you can’t have any because you’re ordering in person is unacceptable. Why should an entire line of customers receive fewer options simply because they came into the restaurant? I left without buying anything. After reading another review describing missing ingredients and apparent rationing hours before closing, I’m concerned this location has an ongoing problem with ingredient availability and customer service. My experience certainly doesn’t give me a reason to return. Management needs to address this.

I heard everyone get a greeting from the tall AA man with glasses but when I got to order after 30 mins I had no greeting. The customers after me did. All of the employees had no sense of urgency even with a long line. The dining area was nasty tables dirty and trash full. There were drips from the air vent. Spiders in the corners. Trash full in the dining area with no napkins or utensils.
