  Came here today jul 10 at 1:41 terrible proportions probably the worst out of any chipotle. DO NOT COME HERE

  To preface the issue, I visited this location at 9:30 PM, 2 weeks ago. As I walked in there was a worker detailing the various ingredients they were out off (corn, chicken, cheese, lettuce,etc). Keep in mind they had already put up all the chairs in the restaurant and were cleaning all their stations, so I verified that the location closes at 11:00 PM. So I visited another nearby Chipotle so I could have my full order. So flash forward to today, I walk in at 8:30 PM!!! They close at 11:00 PM!!! As we are going down the line to make my bowl, there are no fajitas, so I ask “do you have any fajitas”, “no”, okay that hurts but that’s not that bad, keep going down the line and I notice they’re out of corn salsa too. So I ask, “do you have any more corn salsa”, “no, sorry.” How do you not have corn salsa and fajitas when you are 2:30 hours till close? And it wasn’t a “oh we’re making some now if you’d like to wait?” It was a straight up “no” and it didn’t seem like they planned on making anymore that night. As we’re going down the line too, I noticed it seemed like the employee was rationing ingredients to make them last longer. I feel cheated and this is utterly ridiculous to be not making more and rationing ingredients, 2:30 hrs before close. I do not think I will be back to this location, and I’m honestly debating quitting chipotle entirely. Just thought someone should know.

  This is my daughter's favorite restaurant so we come to this location often and know some of the fantastic staff. They are always gravious and welcoming and the food is always delicious.

  Today 4/9 at 1pm, the staff on shift was wonderful.! EMMY AND HER FOOD IS ALWAYS AMAZING.! She literally cares about what she does and her customers…

  Just TRIFLING! I walked in, seen attitude and an atrocious environment. Person before me asked for a bow the disgruntled young lady, no kind of customer service skills attempted to scrape the bottom of that metal container to give him rice until she turned around and seen another container so she swapped it out. Rice was on the Counter, she scooped it up in her glove and put it on top of that fresh rice at that point I just walked out! Chipotle is not only in Ohio, but across the country or ran poorly corporate offices with a 1.2/2.3 rating and I’ve never seen a store anywhere. I’ve gone across the many states that had a four point rating speaks volumes about your company, but we dummies just keep going and that’s probably why y’all don’t do nothing about it sadly!!
