  I understand that coming in with one hour before close is annoying but that doesn’t give the excuse to not give me what I paid for I ordered extra everything this is barely half of a bowl… portion sizes are a joke the girl that fixed that order had an absolutely terrible attitude I’m a regular customer here too this is extremely disappointing..

  Not a good Chipotle location. Service is mildly unpleasant and every time I’ve been there any later than 8, they’ve run out of a significant amount of items. I can understand running out of lettuce or cheese, but they ran out of tortillas this evening when I stoped by. I can understand running out of food on a particularly busy day, but this experience has been the rule and not the exception for me. Save your time and go elsewhere.

  This is hands down the best Chipotle in Columbus, and honestly one of the best Chipotles I’ve ever been to. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and the service is consistently fast without feeling rushed. My orders are accurate, the ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the restaurant clean and running smoothly. It’s rare to find this level of consistency at a Chipotle, and that’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

  After a solid case of the Mondays and ordering through the chipotle app and selecting the wrong address. I tried to cancel the order as soon as it was placed, call the store it was placed to for delivery (no answers) and chatting with chipotle on their website and calling them - while I was on my hold with a representative from chipotle, they hung up and said the call timed out due to inactivity… I was waiting for the chipotle rep to get in touch with the store. I went to this chipotle to order my food and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was leaving a happy customer. The manager overheard me telling the lovely girl at the checkout about the experience and they both went above and beyond for me. I wish I would have gotten their names, but they both said that’s not things should be done through chipotle. Forever thankful for kindness and listening. Thank you.

  This location is always out of multiple meat ingredients. Extremely light portions, even on cold items, queso sits for long periods and they don’t mix it up at all. Customer service is poor. Last time I visited I walked out because they were out of all of their meat except chicken. There is usually one person working the makeline while two people work the counter. I’ve seen the manager multiple times walking around doing temp checks and taking inventory while the line is all the way to the door. Overall bad experience every time I come here
