  2 years ago I said this was the best Chipotle. Today I walked out over the employee being completely disengaged. It's been worsening over time but today was my last straw. I'm done.

  I stopped in today, at the Bethel Road location, for 2 burrito bowls to go , And a cheese quesadilla For my granddaughter and two sides . The young man who was in the very first position on the line , It was his very first day and it is not his fault that he didn’t quite know what to do . The quesadilla when I got it home was not hot at all actually still cold , And when my granddaughter bit into it, the cheese just fell out everywhere because it had never really been melted or heated up . Both of the bowls for the meat portion was like half a spoonful ! On the first bowl, I said oh honey, that’s not enough and he added a little extra which kind of was still not a good amount not like the regular they usually give you. On the second bowl, he put about a half spoon of the meat into the bowl and I said could I please have a little more like I had with the first bowl, but the lady training him came over and said three more pieces only which still was a very lackluster amount of meat for what you pay for a bowl . They didn’t drain the tomato water out of the tomato salsa , so my whole bowl was soupy . We live right down the road, but we will not be going to this location ever again . Absolutely ridiculous for the price you pay for the bowl for them to give you about five little pieces of meat .

  This Chipotle location should be shut down. The employees are rude, unsanitary serving, the portions are ridiculous, and the food is either undercooked or over cooked every time.

  I don't expect much from my front-line Chipotle service workers, but this was so bad that I had to post a review. At ~2:15pm on Monday, a male was working the front-line (only him). Only about 5 people deep in line, it took over 30 minutes to get my order. No sense of urgency at all - with everybody in line visibly frustrated at the lack of pace. When I got to the register, he said "add guac too" (which I didn't order, and they then removed it from my order). Then, once I completed my order, the line was about 15 people long, and he decided to just take a bathroom break, leaving the line completely unattended. Again, I don't expect much from front-line workers at Chipotle, but this was completely unacceptable. He was clearly p*ssed off at something, and was just taking it out on everybody in line. I feel even worse for the others waiting in line after me.
