  I order pickup at least once a week for dinner and it’s nearly always a great experience! An employee always comes over very quickly to ask for my name and hand me my food even when the place is busy. Just really pleasant staff here and I appreciate them. :)

  Date time of incident 09/03/2026 at 2:06 pm: For starters the cashier was awesome I have no gripes with her at all she seem like the only one that cared however I shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for a pick up when it’s not busy in a mostly empty chipotle. I ended up canceling the order because after 20 minutes passed on my stop watch I still did not have the order I came in for nor did it look like anyone was working on it. In this part of Columbus I expect more promptness and professionalism and I hope this review helps improve the service at this location for fortune pick ups

  Naye was very friendly and quick! Another customer was being very rude/unruly in front of us and Naye made sure our experience was still great!

  If I could give this place negative stars I would, and the whole company. I ordered catering for a company lunch we have every week. We order this lunch from Chipotle at least once, sometimes twice, a month. Today was Chipotle day, but we never received our order. I was only notifed 45 mins after it was supposed to be delivered by the DoorDash driver who was delivering it that the Chipotle team hadn't even started my order, and that they were leaving, as it was a waste of time for them to stay. Chipotle never notified me that they were running late or that they canceled my order. I tried calling the store, no answer. I called customer service after digging for the number online and after three rounds of useless AI operator garbage, two disconnections, and two customer service people, I was told I would be refunded and get an email. Totally unprofessional. Refunding my order isn't feeding my team, who now went without lunch, as it was too late to try and order anything from anywhere else. I won't purchase anything from Chipotle again, professionally or otherwise, until they can prove they have their crap together. which this restaurant does not.
