- AAAbdullah AlsaffarJul 21, 20262.0I've eaten at Chipotle locations across at least 10 different states and hundreds of restaurants over the years, so I have a pretty good idea of what a Chipotle should taste and feel like. Unfortunately, this location is one of the worst I've visited. The food is consistently underseasoned. The white rice tastes like it was cooked without any salt or the usual Chipotle seasoning, and the overall flavor of the meal is noticeably below the standard I've come to expect from the brand. The restaurant itself was also dirty, with cleanliness clearly not being a priority during my visit. On top of that, several employees seemed to be wandering around or taking breaks while the restaurant still needed attention. It gave the impression that there was little or no management presence to keep the operation running smoothly. I know Chipotle can do much better because I've experienced it at so many other locations. This restaurant needs stronger leadership, better quality control, and much more attention to cleanliness and food preparation.
- LALeul ArayaJul 20, 20261.0Went inside with the family. From the jump the employees were crass. Would carry a whole conversation, with each other instead of of serving the customers. When ordering the food, they are extremely rude. When asking for an extra protein cup they would purposely only fill up less than half of the cup. And when trying to correct them, they will say they I have a full serving. Regardless I will never return to this location. I would rather be hungry, than deal with this. If I was the owner. I would fire the staff, especially the lead/manager with a lot of tattoos who clearly needs to learn the definition of customer service. Personally I have dealt with plenty of chipotle stores that are deemed “bad”, so far this location is the only one in Columbus, that is consistently meeting that mark.
