- HLhermosa Lea2 days ago1.0Do better, Chipotle. I came to this location for lunch because the online hours clearly showed that you were open. I even called ahead, but no one answered. When I arrived, the location was completely closed with no sign, notice, or explanation. This wasted my time and seriously inconvenienced me during my lunch break. If a location is unexpectedly closed, the hours should be updated and customers should be notified. I’m requesting a store credit to make up for the inconvenience. I hope this can be addressed appropriately.

Mixed my bowls up and put all the same ingredients on both bowls when clearly instructed not to because she kept getting them switched up clearly marked wrong ontop of the lid. Rice was super hot and steak was cold! Wasn’t pleased. Wasn’t listened to at all. I’ll just go to a different chipotle location next time less hassle ordering and my order doesn’t get messed up

Catering orders are a priority, while they have no online ordering available, and 1 person working the line from start to finish, including cashier. They “didn’t have time” to make any cilantro lime sauce, so couldn’t get that. The girl was kind and doing her best, so I feel for her. Seems like management trying to skimp on paying hours, or simply not paying enough to keep staff.

The last 4 times I’ve been there between 3-7pm they’ve been out of chips EVERY TIME, out of hot sauce twice, and no fajitas 3 out of 4 times. The staff acts like they are in a North Korean prison being forced to work without pay. They don’t smile, they mope around and give the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. How can a Mexican restaurant be out of chips every time before 7pm?? If there was a show called “CHIPOTLE RESCUE”, this location should be the first episode with John Taffer cleaning up how it runs, its food quality and supply for the day, and the attitudes of the employees. I never see a manager, just angry and sad employees who literally give the impression of hating their job. If perception is reality, this place gets a SOLID F! DO BETTER!
