- MSM SJul 6, 20261.0Worst chipotle ever! We waited in line for awhile and once we got to the counter to order there was a small sign that said no cheese. I asked if I could get queso on my burrito since there was no cheese and was told no, it wasn't their fault, it was supply chain issues. The lettuce was pink. The girl was slamming the grill making loud noises.There were no forks or napkins. We asked and were told they had no napkins. The bathroom smelled like a litter box. Trash was overflowing. The pop machine had pop and ice everywhere. Tables had food on them. We sat down to eat (group of 4) and were immediately told they were closing the restaurant and everyone had to leave because a baby threw up. We took our food outside to the wobbliest tables on earth. We were not allowed back in to get a refill for our drinks or use the bathroom. We sat outside for 30 mins and they never opened up again. A friend got a burrito with half chicken and half barbacoa (not double meat, just a little of each) and got charged an extra $6. This is the 2nd bad experience here. I cannot contact chipotle since the employee did not give us a receipt. (Tried doing the chat with pepper, it ends the chat when you say you dont have a receipt). Will never go back to this location and would like to speak to someone about this.
