  Anyone who knows me know I love Chipotle. I've been to this particular location in the past and had a fine experience, but yesterday was an exception. It was hotter than normal, which I can sense caused some irritability. There was a particular worker on the line who I could tell was having a rough day, so I won't put their business out there. But when someone's attitude and disposition is felt by the customers, than it causes an issue and an unpleasant experience. I ordered 2 bowls, both of which had less than average portions sizes - I'm talking less than a full scoop. Every station I had to fight to get more portions (rice, beans, meat, salsa). I could feel the attitude through the glass. I understand everyone has bad days, and I was not trying to give them a hard time, but if I'm paying $25+ for what is considered "fast food" I would like a pleasant experience from start to finish - especially the portion sizes! I wish Chipotle would be more consistent no matter which one I go to. Such a shame what happened, I don't feel as though I would come back based on the experience I received.

  First, they gave me a noticeably small portion of steak. I know roughly what a normal protein portion looks like at Chipotle, and this was much less than usual. I asked if they could add just a little more, and they told me I would have to pay extra. What is that about? I’m already paying extra for steak, yet I’m getting less protein. Meanwhile, the customers before me were getting full, heaping scoops of chicken. Then a piece of steak fell onto the food preparation counter. Instead of throwing it away and getting a new piece from the container, the employee simply picked it up and put it back into my bowl.:(( And the hygiene was another issue. The employee handed me a drink cup with her finger inside the cup.🤢

  They need to figure out how to do simple math with the penny situation. I paid cash change bavk should have been $6.29 I got back $6.25 because of the penny when I said shouldn't you have given me $6.30 the cashier was absolutely rude about it. If your staff cant figure it out then change your prices so it comes out easier for them to figure out. Will not go back after be treated so rudely

  Unreliable, Food arrived missing two of the three meals, one bag of chips open and obviously eaten from, 20 mins wasted on the phone first agent refused to refund, had to call again, you still have to waste your time, get in your car drive somewhere else to pick up food. Still cost you $10 extra just for ordering online that they refused to refund. Never again

  I totally understand falling behind when things get busy, but If my online order isn’t ready, you guys shouldn’t confirm it as ready for me to arrive at your store and wait around. I placed my order and it wasn’t ready for about 45 minutes after also, when I arrived, the register person literally looked at me and said well, we’re busy. Your order is not made yet not an apology or anything like I understand. She’s probably frustrated and stressed out, but I just walked into the store not aware of the situation I shouldn’t be greeted that way at all. Absolutely unacceptable and really ridiculous.
