  I had a bad experience today, but it was on whoever stole my food. The staff, however, were amazing! They took care of me, had me sit down while they remade, and gave me a drink while I waited. They gave me my double meat portion without an issue. The percentage were exactly as expected and they laid it out perfectly so every bite is the right mix. Seriously one of the best ones. Don't listen to people bitching about portion size, they don't know what they're talking about and just want free stuff. They know EXACTLY what a double portion is and doled it out perfectly.

  June 30th 2026 at 9:35pm I asked for a steak bowl the guy just gave me literally 5-6 pieces of meat I asked if I could have a bit more and he said that would have to be extra $ like I’m already paying give me what I’m supposed to be getting. Horrible location

  Chips often stale when we get it from here. Also the employees rush and go so fast they dont give proper servings and are spilling everything. You cannot even finishing order one thing before they are yelling at u what you want next. Will give u the smallest amount of guacamole as well. Everytime. Our bowls are also always covered in sour cream and food from them not wiping down the counter ever. Just go to the one off perimeter

  The absolute worst chipotle I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness and customer service (or lack thereof). I used to be a cashier at a chipotle for several years, so I am aware of their allergen protocol- wiping down the line with fresh sani water and towel, replacing all cold sides and spoons, and the worker on like has to wash their hands. When I alerted them of a dairy allergen in-store prior to ordering my bowl, the line employee rolled his eyes and replaced his gloves by throwing old ones away and using hand sanitizer only. I am not a very confrontational person and let that slide, since my allergy is moderate and won’t cause a deadly reaction. However, he also rolled his eyes and sighed when I asked him to wipe the line (which he seemingly had no intention of doing unless I asked). He didn’t even do it himself, he had the cashier do it for him. Neither him or the cashier replaced any of the cold sides or used fresh spoons. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I paid for my food and gave it to someone on the street so it wouldn’t go to waste. The restaurant was a mess also- straw wrappers and trash all over the floor, and the drink station looked disgusting. Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your money.

  Never have I experienced restaurant staff audibly express disappointment in customers walking in. The food is incredibly salty, incredibly salty, x2 times to get the point across. There is no way they are following the standard recipes. I’ve recently moved in the area and this is by far the worst location. It is clear this location is poorly managed and non of the staff want to be there, I’d avoid this location.
