  That staff was so delightful! They stay open “late”, there were a bunch of people still there and none of the staff seemed grumpy that there were customers 30min before close like so many places.

  We got lunch here at noon. The two ladies making our food were clearly new, but were doing a great job. Mid-bowl and -burrito creations, the manager walked up and chided these gals in a very unfeeling way regarding the way they were doing their assembly line. It was tactless and unprofessional on the manager’s part. She publicly humiliated her workers, -and- made it extremely awkward for all the patrons in the restaurant. That was not helpful training, it was public humiliation. If either of the ladies working see this review: I hope you know that we feel for you, and that that was an example of BAD MANAGEMENT!

  Ordered online for this location and literally got maybe half bowl. Paid for extra sour cream and got less than the average amount smh. Bowl is dry, looks like it was thrown together. Like chipotle is not going to give you a raise or trophy for half way filling a bowl and using less than normal the amount of toppings… it’s sad you have to come and stand in the long line that moves slowly just to make sure they make your food correctly… horrible experience! And I tipped online,,, 🤦🏽‍♀️

  Ordered two bowels and both had no corn. I tried calling the store 3x it's like they hung up on me. I just want refunded for paying extra to have corn that's not on my food😡. They suck at reading the orders and listening and please do y'all even got a phone?? Like what's the issue?? Bad service need new management.

  The lines are always long, all the way to the entrance, about the same at any Chipotle. Its popular, I get it. Always order online! I live 4 minutes from this location, placed my order, and immediately got in my truck and drove over. My order was already sitting behind the counter when I showed up. About 30 people in line, so I was able to walk up, grab my food, and leave. The worker that gave me my order greeted me immediately. I was in and out in less than 60 seconds. Food was great, wrapped well. No complaints whatsoever!
