  Please don’t ever do a pickup order from here. Their portions are absolutely ridiculous and they had the nerve to send me a bowl that looked like it was half eaten because there was barely any food in it. I immediately disputed this because there is no way I’m paying 21$ for a bowl that had one scoop of food in it. They would never do this to your face if you went in the restaurant because they know it’s wrong, pls place an order from west broad location. I hate this location so much , just flat out greedy

  Okay Place is clean and all but the portion is killing me , and if you ask for an actual real portion ,,you’ll kind of regret that you ask, because they’ll just dip the spoon and shake it. Its not even funy ,its sad i was disappointed and left mad because i dont like arguing with food ,thats the only thing people should automatically understood Do better people .

  We live right down the street and we are a family of 6 we eat chipotle about three times a week. This chipotle right here is ALWAYS out of meat atleast 2 hours before close. This is absolutely ridiculous I mean this is a running restaurant that should be offering everything until close. And the person running the show there is very rude. This is no reason you should be out of you main important ingredients that make the place run. We will not try again!

  Edit: company said to contact them via their website in their reply. problem is, i already did that at the same time i left the review. they have yet to respond. their response is likely just a PR grab. Edit 2: the corporate team responded finally. all they said was they were sorry and would let this specific team know. LOL so insane. never going to Chipotle again. good customer service these days is just gone. honestly i’m so flabbergasted. i just wrote the timeline out for you of my experience just now. just wanted dinner after a long day, nope lol read and see for yourself 6:28 arrive 6:35 learn there’s no chicken, at front of line, asked if i should just wait right here or go to back of line to wait and she said “i don’t care what you do” 6:38 they announce it’ll be 15-20 minutes for chicken throughout this gap they keep making chicken only for online orders, person who was filling line orders keeps wandering to other places, takes forever even to serve each person not getting chicken 7:00 they announce it’ll be 15 minutes for chicken they keep making batches of chicken- looked like the one girl kept impatiently checking on the status of this last batch, thought it was bc it was for us 7:14 some random guy we hadn’t even seen yet wanders in from the back of the kitchen, says no more chicken for tonight. long line of ppl that were all waiting the whole time had to just leave. that dude probably lied about being out of chicken bc he wanted all of us to leave lol. they were clearly not out of chicken. crazy.

  Never in my life have I experienced this before. No review for the food I wasn't even able to get that far. They told me they were out of chicken, I asked when it would be ready and they said "I don't care, it'll be ready when it's ready." I waited for close to an hour literally watching them make orders for online with chicken, watched them cook batch after batch, and then they came up to me after like 40-45 minutes and said they wouldn't have the chicken back for the rest of the night, even though I just watched them cook chicken. I think I may have just experienced actual racism. Wow. I'm never going to Chipotle again.
