First the person I was asking about my mobile order was incredibly rude like if you don’t like your job sir you can quit… weird behavior. And then I got my food and the rice was HARD/ felt days old. I wanted Coke pop so bad and they had none… this is the 2nd time btw and no ice. This is the worst chipotle in the whole Columbus . Truly disappointed I need my money back
- BWBrian WeaverSep 5, 20263.0Honestly I believe the place can be better, the food was good, staff was friendly but seemed disinterested, the atmosphere was the biggest hitter the parking lot was filled with tras, the garbage cans were full, tables hadn't been cleaned from previous guests and there was standing water in the entry way. Overall 3 of 5. Based on how things looked I'm guessing they're short staffed hence why the lack of cleaning, however IMO that no excuse for standing water, letting the strash overflow or not wiping down the tables

We were in line to check out and the cashier who's name is most likely Kabria was humiliating another customer by yelling at his face for a mistake that he himself made while checking another customer out. He looked to be in his mid 40s and he was a black male on the shorter side. He kept on blaming the customer and would not stop yelling while the customer said nothing the whole time. This is inhumanity and there needs to be consequences for his actions. It was clear the customer did not speak proper English so the whole situation could've just been a simple misunderstanding with a simple solution. This is not at all how you should treat any customer. There are multiple ways he could've handled this situation in a more civil and kind way. I hope he is at least spoken to about what he did today so that he is aware of his actions.
