The workers in the drive thru were clueless how to help and instructed me to pull forward. I pulled up and waited while multiple people behind me was served. I literally had to yell out my window to get someone over to help me. I finally got my order after four more people behind me was served. I didn't even get an apology for the wait when my food was finally given to me
