- AIAndre IlAug 25, 20262.0I visit Chick-fil-A regularly, and we chose this location on the evening of August 24 because it was conveniently right off I-71. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. One strange thing from the beginning was that every employee kept saying “God bless you” instead of the usual Chick-fil-A “my pleasure.” I heard it while ordering, when our food was brought out, and again from the manager. Maybe this is specific to this location, but it felt unusual. We ordered to eat inside and were given a table marker, so naturally we expected our food on trays. Instead, the entire order was brought to us packed in paper and plastic bags. When I asked why, I was told they had no trays because they were “closing soon” — even though closing time was still about 1.5 hours away. That explanation made very little sense, and we ended up eating our food off the paper bags. The worst part was the waffle fries. We ordered two large fries, and both containers were only about half-filled with tiny broken pieces and what looked like old leftover scraps from the fryer, with just a few normal-sized waffle fries placed on top. They were not fresh and did not look like acceptable portions at all. At the same time, our bag somehow contained around 25 different sauce packets even though I had only asked for a few. We were tired and hungry after traveling, so I did not have the energy to argue with the manager and just wanted to eat. But I was very disappointed, especially by the refusal to provide trays so far before closing and by serving two “large” waffle fries that were mostly old broken scraps disguised with a few normal fries on top. This was definitely not the Chick-fil-A experience I am used to.

It started with celebrating pride month on their posts when it was popular and then walking back parts of their posts but refusing you completely reverse their stance or clearly state what their beliefs are, but then they remove their military discounts. If you are going to violate your own ethics at least make it so you are open on Sundays. Don't get me wrong I don't care about the companies stance in it's self, but hypocrites are the worst.
