We did not expect having food delivered to our table or a floor walker who offered to get us refills or anything else we needed.
- EPEmma PreasleyJun 30, 20262.0I was shocked to see this location has good reviews, while in the polaris area over the course of 2 years i’ve been here a handful of times and each time I visit this location there is always an issue, Came here with my daughter and her friends as a regular drive through customer. Wasn’t very busy it was a weekday night and after we pay it takes about 10 minutes for our food to come out but no drinks yet, as we’re waiting on our drinks my daughter digs through the bag to relize this isnt are food at all. So we get the worker down and they handed us someone’s mobile drive thru order, they take the order back and as we’re still waiting on our food they hand us the same mobile drive thru order but try to give us the drinks. Mind you there is a regular customer line and a mobile pickup line. So of course we tell the same guy that’s not are food and in the mitst of this a seperate worker goes to hand the same bag of food my daughter touched and dug through out to the mobile pickup lady, so I stop her and explain to her we touched all that food in there and said it wasn’t right that they were just going to give her food to the lady because I wouldn’t want that happening to me. So she takes the food back inside sets it on the counter, by now we wed roughly 25 minutes for out food and as i drive away my daughters friend notices the worker grab the same bag she placed on the counter and gave it to the mobile pickup lady right after we drove off. Will not be comming back here because that’s nasty. In the mist of this they got our drink orders wrong 2 times and had to ask for the name on the order and come back out to my car 5 seperate times before getting my food. We did not order complicated food and these were not full course meals either, the girls got fries a big nugget pack to split and some drinks. Do not come here

No one has gotten them to cut it down as of yet. They need to reduce the level of sodium in their food. My friend who wanted the food here got the chicken nibs, I got a drink.
