Curbside pick up is pretty janky, they just have you park in the lot with blinkers on, there isn’t like a designated spot like I normally see. They straight up forgot about our order, went inside after waiting l20mins. Was met with a bunch of excuses about being a person down, (drive through was ripping, so no slow down there..) our food was sitting on a shelf with no drinks made. Food was cold when we sat down in the car. Manager seemed unprofessional for a regular restaurant, so that’s real unprofessional from a Chick-fil-a standpoint. Just seems like a poorly ran location

Fries were cold. Chicken sandwiches cold. The entire staff just sat behind the counter, arms crossed, talking to one another or staring at the line of customers waiting to place an order while 1 associate helped people 1 by 1. Chic Fil A is supposed to be better than this. Disappointed. But also, not living the franchise standards

When my food gets handed to the ppl in front of me just so they can say it’s not theirs I find that very annoying and unsanitary. At least verify the name first before handing out the food to the wrong people.

I cant tell ya how many times i drive outta my way to hit this location bc of its late hrs just to not bn able to order for some reason or another even tho their open. I always order on the app, b4 i arrive, & always arrive while open- maybe cuttin it close but time shows still "should be open". Tonite, just another instance & im sick of it that im finally leaving a review. Was a few mins away, 1145p, got on the app to place my order & said they were closed. This time i wasnt bout to drive there for them to tell me that if i didnt have a door dash that i couldnt order or some other excuses theyve given in the past. Its only this location too. I could order & show up 1 min til closing to any other store & no prob. Most know me by name thats how often i visit. This location used to pull this same crap when they were opened til 2am, guess they couldnt staff/handle 2am so changed it down to 12am. Maybe just close at 10p like the other locations if ur technically open but not gonna take any orders- better than gettin a bad review dontcha think? This isnt the 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd time this has happened to me at this location, its too many to remember at this point so wanted to leave this review in hopes the owner of this franchise is aware that its employees are closing the store/app early.
