  The food is excellent. Portions are sizeable, flavors are unique and they work in LTO products as well. It's been open long enough now that it's not really new and therefore, they should have the wait time and online ordering issues sorted out by now. The line is almost always to the door/out the door. It shouldn't take 15-20 minutes to get through the line on every visit. Also, online ordering is an issue. Orders are not usually ready when quoted, and we often receive notifications that orders are ready for pickup only to arrive and find they haven't even started the order yet.

  Tried CAVA for the first time today and WOW — it absolutely lived up to the hype! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The staff was friendly, the ingredients tasted high quality, and I can already tell I’ll be craving it again soon. Now please do us a favor and bring a location closer to the Cleveland area! Northeast Ohio needs a CAVA. I’d be there all the time.

  Had an awesome experience at CAVA today! Nas was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful while we were ordering. He took the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The food was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. Customer service like his is a big reason I’ll be coming back. Thanks, Nas, for making our visit such a great one!

  Been coming sense the first day. Sense I've been I have not been to chipotle I'll never stop coming here.❤️❤️❤️ I absolutely love the whole crew from Barry, Ava, Afton, Elsa, Johnny, and a few others I do not know how to spell their names but I do not want to butcher it but Friday the 17th at 1:38 that crew I love them I love them all they're a ball of energy and the food is always on point if kava ever gets taken out of Ohio I will be raising hell

  I’ve been a fan of CAVA for years, so I was really excited when a location opened in Polaris. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. Every CAVA location I’ve visited in the past has offered a military discount, so I was surprised when this location did not—or perhaps the cashier wasn’t aware of it. What concerned me most was seeing the cashier handle our pita chips with her bare hands. In addition, there was no ice available for the drinks, the trash cans were overflowing, and the bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. I’ve visited CAVA locations in Maryland, Florida, and several other states, and I’ve always had great experiences. This Polaris location has, by far, been the worst experience I’ve had at any CAVA. I was really hoping the Columbus location would live up to the quality and standards I’ve come to expect from such a great restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell well short of those expectations.
