  Ordered $350 worth of catering for a graduation party. Scheduled it to be ready at 4:30. Arrived at that time and they said they were working on it. 15 minutes later they hand us a couple bags and leave. When we check it it’s an order for another person with the same last name. I took it back in the store and explained to another person that my scheduled catering order was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago. He returned shortly with my food in a large box, with a piece of paper attached that had all of my items written down and checked off. Of course I didn’t check the box, but I should have. Tray of chicken Bryan with just chicken and cheese(no tomatoes, basil, or sauce), bread but with no oil and herbs, missing tray of broccoli, tray of stuffed mushrooms. Called to get it fixed and get hung up on first time. Called again and finally get someone to fix it. I’m sitting in my car as I write this and the server comes out with a bag of broccoli, mushrooms, and sauce for the chicken! I’m now waiting for them to remake the entire tray of chicken. No manager has come out to talk to me, no offer to make it right or refund some of the $350 I spent on what has turned into a disaster of a graduation party! This Carrabba’s SUCKS!!!! At the very least never order carside carry out from here, it’s like it’s run by toddlers! I will never come back here again!

  We had a catering order delivered to our house. The food was outstanding and there was definitely plenty of food for the number of people we had. Erica went above and beyond to make sure our food was accurate and delivered.

  I went here earlier today (Sunday) for lunch. The hostess was soo smiley and welcoming and my waitress penny was really sweet and nice as well. The food was bad. I had the meatball appetizer and this was like a 5/10. Really watery sauce. For my main I had the classic Italian trio … the lasagna was literally cold, the chicken parm didn’t have any crispy or crunchy coating and was soggy. The fettuccini was mid. Initially They gave my entree to the wrong table and I had to wait longer for my food to be recooked and then it comes out 1/3 cold and 1/3 soggy. I let penny know and she was kind enough to discount my meal. I do POV videos of my experience and you can see it on TikTok , POV.Of.Cash — again the the hostess and waitress were stellar and the establishment was clean … just the food was blahhh

  The $30 pasta was not worth $30. The shrimp and steak were small portions, jar mushrooms, and the Alfredo tasted bland. The bread, oil, salad and mixed drink were good, just let down by my expensive entree.
