    Today I went to buffalo wild wings and me and my other two friends ate here is was great and delicious. Shout out to Jolie was is great server and she made us really happy. She is hard worker and she help us to bring food and drink and it was nice experience. She is nice person and she got really nice smiles to make customers really enjoy the atmosphere. She have amazing energy. 100/100.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. I’m not from the area we’re here because my mother is undergoing surgery at OSU and the last thing my family needed was the added stress of dealing with an order that wasn’t fulfilled correctly. I spent around $50 on dinner for my dad and me. My dad left the hospital to pick up our food, and just leaving the hospital requires paying to get out of the parking garage. When he returned, we realized that part of our order was missing. My dad had to pay to leave the parking garage again and drive all the way back to Buffalo Wild Wings just to get the food we had already paid for. When he arrived, he waited over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged him. To make matters worse, the staff argued with him and insisted that we had already received all of our food. I even called the restaurant myself to explain the situation, but instead of listening, they continued to insist nothing was missing. It makes absolutely no sense that my dad would pay to leave the hospital parking garage a second time, drive back to the restaurant, and wait around if we had actually received everything we ordered. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What was most upsetting was the way my dad was treated. Rather than apologizing and trying to make things right, the staff questioned his honesty. We were already dealing with the stress of having a loved one in the hospital, and this experience only made an already difficult day worse. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and remembers that a little empathy and good customer service can make a huge difference, especially for families going through difficult circumstances.

    Came here today for lunch and was highly disappointed. There was no ice for any drinks (they did have that posted on a sign when you first walk in.) We ordered food and drinks anyways and i noticed a live fly in my daughter's salad dressing. Our server had it taken off of our bill, but it was obviously still a pretty disgusting situation. Definitely will not be returning.

    I had a terrible experience here and cannot recommend this place at all. The restaurant was almost completely empty when we arrived, and the overall cleanliness was horrible, with flies buzzing everywhere.The food was subpar across the board. To make matters worse, we actually had to send one of our meals back because we found a bug in it. On top of that, their ice machine was broken.The only saving grace of the entire visit was our server, who was decent and attentive despite the awful environment. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

    I had takeout tonight. Bdubs is slightly overpriced, but that's ok, as they normally have good food. I walked into the lobby and waited about 3-5 minutes with the 4 or 5 other people in the lobby. Nobody had been waited on since I had been present. In addition, the restaurant was otherwise empty, so it wasn't an issue of being overly busy. I asked if they had been waited on, at which point they said no. I knocked, politely, on the door to the kitchen. The young lady, at 7:30, came out and blasted me, treating me like a child. She said "we don't do that here" then proceeded to berate the others in the room when I pointed out they had not been waited on yet, saying they had. I have no problem waiting, and would have not knocked on the door otherwise had I not already waited for a while. She could have simply said that they were busy and would be with me when they had a moment, versus taking the opportunity to berate the customer (me and the others) who had not accused or complained about anything. I'm not going to frequent any place that treats me like I should be honored that they would prepare food for me. I like Bdubs, but will go to a different one in the future simply to avoid dealing with this young lady who thinks she is doing me a favor when I spend my money there.
