  Came to say around 6pm they were relatively slow which I was shocked about. Got seated right away it was my wife’s birthday. We had Kimora as our server. She was the best server I’ve had in my 62 years of living ! And trust me I’ve been many places. She made my wife’s experience amazing especially for her first time. I used to serve for years and I was truly amazed. That girl had ALL The tables I could see And NONE left with nothing bad to say. I told her I will be back for her and her only !! ( although everyone worked as a team ) thank you bucca for making this special day for my wife and I and thank you Kimora specifically for making sure our table & every other table was satisfied before leaving. This was so amazing Thank you again.

  Was a bit overwhelmed by all of the paraphernalia on every single inch of the wall floors, ceiling and on tables. The table we were seated at was broken and later we found out they knew there was a broken seat but they just didn't know where it was. The food was average. It did not taste or appear to be anything homemade, but opens cans of commodity items. The bread had no real flavor or herbs. It came recommended and we had heard of others who said it was good. I did not care for it.

  Submitted to get my money back after the most disgusting to go meal I’ve ever had and after a month, still have not heard back. This place has gone seriously down hill. We will not be back.

  Honestly would almost give it a five star it's nice from looks to staff to great family grub and highly recommend the strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately there is a bit of a wait but honestly overall it is completely worth it my family of 6 had a great time smiles and memories for a life time. Thank you to our wonderful server Erin and the staff you all are amazing and don't let certain customers bring you down the Jones family appreciates you all

  The food is fine, but nothing to write home about. The service is low, mainly because they only had one server/hostess/bartender. We ordered their signature Italian Creme Cake for desert. About 25 minutes went bu when I was able to get the servers attention. She said she would go go check. 15 minutes later she said they had prepared cheesecake by accident and asked if we would accept that. We declined and said we wanted the Italian cake. She went to the kitchen and returned 10 minutes later to say they were out of their signature Italian cake. This was a Thursday, at noon ( they open at 11), and may I add, the price is $19.99. If I owned Buca di Beppo, I wouldn't go home until I made sure we had plenty of that cake for the next day. That dessert is more than my lunch cost. They won't last, at this rate.
