  I love this place so much. The staff is amazing and the bagels are the best in town. I'm in here almost every morning and I don't know what I'd have for breakfast if it wasn't here.

  I cannot recommend this establishment. My experience with the smoked brisket sandwich was unsatisfactory, as the meat portion was minimal and unevenly distributed. I regret not documenting this, but I transferred the available meat to my husband's sandwich to ensure at least one of us had a more complete meal. While this location may be suitable for egg bagels, I suggest sourcing ingredients from a grocery store for other items to ensure a more satisfying outcome.

  This review is to let others know that if you happen to deal with Amber be aware. At that point it is best to just get your bagel and leave. She is a horrible representation of the company. If you plan to order online through DoorDash, be aware that the menu does not allow you to select a cheese option only no cheese. I previously called about this and was told it was a system issue and that I could simply call to let them know which cheese I wanted. That solution worked fine. Today however my experience was very different. When I called Amber answered the phone without any greeting and was immediately dismissive. She stated she was the owner or manager and insisted that due to company policy she could not accommodate a simple cheese change despite DoorDash stating that cheese selection is available and despite the menu clearly being incomplete. What should have been a quick clarification turned into a nearly 20 minute call with no resolution. The issue was not the policy it was the tone and lack of basic customer service. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional over something as minor as a bagel topping. I am disappointed that such a small request was handled with so little courtesy. Clear communication and basic respect go a long way especially in customer service.
