- DPDaniel PavlovskiSep 16, 20261.0Extremely disappointing week, i always get Bruegger’s on my lunch break through online ordering and i have no idea what happened this week but yesterday someone forgot bacon on my bacon egg and cheese bagel. And today i was served my sandwich stone cold, cheese bagel and egg tasted like they were taken out of a fridge. Was obviously not toasted as usual. Really unacceptable quality control for a loyal customer and I don’t plan on coming back anymore.

- ACAdrianna closeJul 5, 20261.0guy at the counter wasn’t very friendly :( i ordered an iced coffee and he thought i got a cold brew, my bf tried to correct him he got an even bigger attitude and then handed this back as my vanilla iced coffee, which is obviously just straight creamer. my boyfriend was obviously getting upset with the guy so we just left, but was really devastating to feel like such an inconvenience for wanting a coffee. which i couldn’t even finish the coffee it was so gross. i hope he has a better day and starts treating customers a little nicer.
