    This was my 2nd time at Brio’s and both times were an amazing experience. Austin was our server the 1st time and he was very polite and professional. Ed was our server this time around and he was very polite and professional as well he kept us laughing and was very prompt with making sure we had everything we needed Ed and Austin were more than amazing and I will definitely be back to enjoy another great experience

    Beautiful outdoor (and indoor) seating with great vibes. Came at lunch and was super happy with the lunch options and prices. Service was a bit slow and not many people were there. Bread came out right before our food even after sitting there for a while, which might be the norm. Drinks were yummy but pricy. Chicken cutlet sandwich was very good and so was their Parmesan dipping sauce. Chicken Cesar salad was just okay.

    I came here with my daughter and 5 of her friends for her birthday. I reserved a table for 6 for the girls and went to the bar while they had dinner. I asked before going to the bar if the high top tables in the bar area on the small patio were reserved. They told me I could sit there and the bartender would come around. After 20 minutes of sitting at a dirty table in a mostly empty bar and the bartender making eye contact with me multiple times (and her even leaving the bar for awhile because it was so empty), I got up and asked for a table for 1. I did tell the host what happened but no one ever came to talk to me. I started to worry that I had a sign on my back that said, “do not serve” because 45 minutes after I walked into the restaurant, I still didn’t have a glass of water in front of me. When I finally was served, my server was very pleasant. I eventually closed my own check from my table and went to my daughter’s table. I had booked the reservation online noting that it was her birthday. She ordered a birthday dessert and the server charged us for it on the bill. He even asked me if it was her birthday when he brought the dessert. I was pretty surprised as it’s been a long time since anyone has charged for a birthday dessert. My daughter also said the server barely spoke to them and seemed disinterested the entire night. All in all, this reminded me why I don’t come to this restaurant and won’t again. Terrible service and experience.

    Doesn't taste good. Actually, the food taste AWFUL!!!!! And I mean AWFUL!!!!! Service slow as snail!!!!! My great great great great great grand parents could come out of their coffin and serve us, and that could still be faster than their service... And it will also taste much much much much much much much better than their dishes. The salmon taste BITTER!!! Bitter!!!!! AND it's BURNED!!! The rice WAS NOT COOKED AT ALL. If Gordon came to eat here he would give scathing scolding to EVERYONE in the kitchen!!! And I mean it. DON'T COME. Unless you want to donate your money to NO BODY.

    I have been dinning at Brio’s for about 25 years and my family and I are about to do a group event there for the third time. I want to commend Reilly and our server Ed for their excellent customer service and hospitality. Two thumbs up for them and the food prep staff. I highly recommend them!
