It’s mid to be honest. I had the steak and I got it semi cold. I’ll be honest I have personally made steak better than this. This is especially true because the steak was $52. For $52 I expect more. The service though was great.the plate presentation was good too.

I went in for lunch today with my family. I ordered the chicken caprese and the first few bites were great. I then came upon some very interesting pieces of mozzarella. It tasted spoiled and chemically. I told the sever. The server then tried to explain to me how they prep their food and was telling me it was surely not spoiled. He then returned to say that they were making a new one which I didn’t want obviously. We then asked for the manager because we were unhappy that we had to pay for it. The manager came out and said “well we made you a whole new one.” We then stated that we do not even want the remade one anyway. After stating again we do not want to pay for the chemical tasting food I had just eaten they FINALLY agreed to take it off the bill. The whole experience was extremely awkward they wouldn’t apologize. Overall this totally turned us away from Brio for the future.

30 min wait turned into a 2+ hour wait & restaurant was hot and uncomfortable. Once our party sat down, no one came by for another 20 minutes to even take a drink order. Manager should be ashamed that she didn’t come by to help. This wasn’t solely the swamped server’s fault. Horrible experience. We finally left after 2.5 hours of negligence.

The atmosphere outside at the back overlooking Town Square is nice. It wasn't hot or raining when we ate there so much preferred being outside with fans. Food came quick enough and was nice. Ravioli, Cypress salad and Pasta Brio.

Came in and immediately had a seat available. I opted to sit on the front patio, which has the best view of the mall entrance so you can watch people come and go. Downside is that it seems to be entirely the domain on the bar so it seems like it had just one bartender watching the entire patio plus the bar, so service was a bit slow. The guy was doing his best and very friendly, so nothing on him; chalk it up to management. Food was great. The shrimp and eggplant were shockingly good: eggplant had a nice char and crunch, with a cream sauce to die for. Pepperoni & sausage flatbread was impossibly thin, which gave it a perfect crunch and kept it from being too filling: perfect for an appetizer.
