the waitress and atmosphere was great- no complaints. but the food tasted horrible, the spinach and artichoke dip was not good at all the cheese tasted like it was old and moldy, the ceaser salad and fettuccine alfredo tasted like fish, and the spaghetti was dry and bland. it tasted like tomato paste. the prices are so high for no reason- the food was not good at all. will not recommend nor will i be coming back.

If you love Italian then you will love Brio's. They have more Italian dishes than you can imagine. The food is very authentic and the atmosphere feels like you are sitting a table in Northern Italy.

The restaurant was understaffed. As a result we waited 35 minutes to be seated in an empty dining room. And even then I had to remind the gentleman at the front that we were waiting at the bar. Five of the eight tables in my area didn’t get bussed until our waitress had time to do it. There was no one helping her. The restroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. Our server Maudia was working her tail off, as pleasant as could be, but even her 110% couldn’t salvage this visit. Honestly 3 out of 10 is generous.

I went out to dinner last week and there were six of us in our party. Nobody liked their food. It was mediocre at best. The salmon and shrimp were way overcooked. The Alfredo tasted like it came from a jar, and our waiter would disappear for long periods at a time we had to wave other helpers down a few times for things like salt and pepper or cheese when we were ready to pay our bill he vanished for a good 10 minutes while we all sat there ready to leave.

Me and my fiancé came in on a Monday night because we received a gift card in the mail. The service was great and our waiter was super personable, genuine and attentive, (Barris). But we just did not like the food at all unfortunately. We got the calamari as an appetizer and it wasn’t my cup of tea, my fiancé enjoyed it. Our entrees came out and we both couldn’t eat them they were so gross. I got the strawberry salad, and it was just absolutely drenched in vinegar and my tongue was burning from the acidity, and the chicken that came on the salad looked and tasted like it came out of a deli meat package. My fiancée got the chicken Marsala and it tasted like it was 3D printed for a lack of better words. No seasoning, and tasted like it was served from a package and microwaved and thrown on a plate. Maybe that’s on us not getting pasta, but we didn’t think a salad and chicken would be a gamble. We got two desserts, and we both liked them and ate them, but I would hope to god they wouldn’t mess up dessert too. Asked my fiancée his favorite part of the meal and he said the complimentary bread😭 Anyways we have another coupon left, and I’d rather burn it then go back lol
