Brio's servers, especially at their Polaris location, where I worked retail always took excellent care of me, treating me like a rockstar VIP, during my mid-late afternoon dinners, assuring that I returned to my retail work totally refreshed, and ready for the remaining hours of my closing shift, ahead. Then there's the food!!! Their incredible Pasta Fra Diavolo, my favorite order, amoung their many excellent dishes, took my dining experience through the roof! When running a little behind schedule one evening, a server even came to my store looking for me, which spoke volumes to me of the importance of their cliente to them! Another server sat in my booth, and chatted with me for a moment, making me feel like family! While those wonderful days are long behind me now, I wanted to let the dedicated, fantastic Brio family (and anyone seeking a fabulous dining experience) know they literally made this working girl's day(s)! You are exquisitely unforgettable. Thank you all!

This location has gone downhill drastically over the years and to not allow walk ins on Mother’s Day is what prompted this post. I tried to make a reservation several weeks ago and could not get through online or on the phone. I drove an hour to come to this restaurant because it’s one of my favorite restaurants and sadly I probably won’t be back. The manager who spoke with me only made excuses for the kitchen staff being understaffed and I don’t know why that was my problem. That sounds like a management problem not a customer’s problem. I’ve been in the service industry for over 25 years and customer service sucks anymore and it’s sad to see.

We used to love this place. It’s one step from the Olive Garden, it’s not Morettis. The service was horrible and they can’t cook lamb? At 46.00, you would expect a perfect piece. And when we said it was not upon our request, we said we were happy to pay. We requested no mushrooms. It was brought out with mushrooms.

Our lunch at brio Polaris was amazing. Our server Melissa was efficient kind and truly made us feel like she was glad we were there. The balsamic chicken strawberry salad was so tasty. The chicken and greens were fresh and the dressing was delicious. A nice quiet spot to catch up with a friend.
