  Couldnt rate the food because we were never seated. A party of 3, with a reservation, yet we were told at beat we would be seated 55 minutes after our reservation. No applogy, nothing. So we left it's not the 1st time we have had service issues here, which is a shame because the food is really good. We wont make the mistake again.

  I've loved Bravo for years and hadn't been to one in a long time. Booked a Mother's Day Brunch, and when we (3) arrived on time for 11 a.m. reservation, there was a line of over 25 people out the door just waiting to get in for their reservation, and this was still the case when we left after little movement at all by 11:25. They may have been understaffed for the response, as there were open tables outside on this beautiful day, but no one was being seated there, despite many waiting. Better luck next Mother's Day. Luckily we found a great place in Powell that seated us right when we arrived

  Menu large - lots of fish & chicken-based options. Food was ok. Service was poor: slow to deliver drinks yet very quick to try to remove plates before people were finished, ask about desert ( people still not finished with main course ) and present a check for payment. Restaurant wasn’t busy so it didn’t look like waiter was just trying to turn his table over. Not a great dining experience.

  We had an absolutely terrible experience Saturday evening 4/25/26 at Bravo Restaurant on Hayden Road Columbus, Ohio. We had a 7PM Reservation and arrived right on time. We waited not 10 minutes. Not 20 minutes. Not 30 minutes. But over 40 minutes. I complained to the hostess/greeter. She took immediate offense and whined to her manager. He approached and insisted that I “respect” his staff. After this we had a heated exchange. I suggest that in the future he lead by example and teach his staff to “respect” patrons of restaurant, and that when the restaurant accepts a reservation at a certain time they need to honor it. Sadly Bravo is no longer on our list of future dining options. What began as an evening we dreamed of and looked forward to, ended up as a nightmare we won’t soon forget. A nightmare experience we shall make a point of sharing with everyone we know.

  Google Review for Bravo Absolutely appalling service, terrible food, and obvious discrimination. I ordered a filet mignon medium, but the kitchen served it well done. I only cut it open to check the doneness, yet the manager accused us of eating the steak just to get a refund. I even had to piece the steak back together to prove we hadn’t taken a single bite. The white manager kept a fake, sarcastic smile the whole time with no sincerity at all. Before we even finished our meal, a server came up and directly asked if we wanted a to-go box, without asking how our food was, if we were finished, or if we wanted any dessert. It was clear they were just rushing us out. Their signature dish, pasta bravo, was the worst I’ve ever had among all Bravo locations. It was served cold, and the pasta was hard like rubber. I have a few questions for this restaurant: ·Is your manager a racist? ·Does your chef even know what medium means, or how to cook a steak to medium? ·Do your servers know how to respect customers? ·Is it your manners to ask for a to-go box while people are still eating, without any basic check-in? I have never experienced such rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional service in a restaurant. Save your time and money — do not come here.
