    I hosted my mom’s 75th birthday party today for 35 of our friends and family. From the planning stages to the day of the event, staff were friendly professional and helpful. Ann really helped me through the process of planning and was patient and responsive to me when I had questions and concerns. I appreciate Eric’s willingness to show me the space at the restaurant in advance and he welcomed visits to the restaurant if I had anything else to discuss concerning my event. I appreciate that he was willing sit down and explain how things would go at the restaurant the day of the event. The wait staff who took care of my group was courteous, helpful, kind, and attentive. Thank you Liz, John, and Katie! And as Always the food was excellent Thank You Bravo for helping to make my mom’s special day a wonderful experience.

    I stopped in to treat myself to a solo birthday lunch and after immediately walking in the door I was treated amazingly, greeted warmly and the room was inviting. I was craving my favorite Insalata Della Casa and Pasta Woogie. I was quickly seated and taken care of by Tonya and she was wonderful. She made my birthday a great experience. Thank you so much, Tonya for your kindness, consideration and professionalism. The food was amazing and I will be back soon! Thank you for making my birthday so special. 🫶🥳

    As much as I hate to write a negative review I feel it is necessary. I picked up my order of chicken marsala. I live about four minutes away from the restaurant when I got home my food was cold. The green beans were raw. The chicken appeared to have been sitting around for several hours and the mashed potatoes were just a big hunk of potato., I had to throw all of it away because it was so bad. For $30 I expected better I don’t believe I will dine here again

    We traveled from Dayton since they closed ours 😭. We got the insallata Della casa added a salmon and got it blackened. The food was excellent just like the service provided from the bartender Aram. Espresso martini was good as well.

    I’ve never been a huge Bravo fan, but I had a dinner meeting which occasioned my first visit in many years. I was surprised that despite a recent and prolonged renovation accessibility continues to be an afterthought - entry to the building requires either navigating patterned steps through the patio area or using a long, narrow, and rather creaky ramp along the side of the building. The interior is perhaps a bit more updated but still very much that Under the Tuscan Sun vibe. The food remains the same - fine by the standards of the limited selection of Italian restaurants in Columbus, but very meat-heavy and stuck in a sort of 90’s “modern Italian” time warp with the focus on everything except the pasta, sauces, cheese, etc. that are the backbone of most Italian restaurants. I had the spaghetti bolognese, which was not terribly memorable. I also had a cocktail that did not discernibly contain any gin but was a fair price for a large glass of sweetened passionfruit juice. The small crème brûlée had obviously made a quick journey from the freezer to the broiler immediately prior to its arrival, which was an interesting science demonstration but non-optimal as a food presentation. The real issue, however, is the service. The restaurant was virtually empty early on a Tuesday evening, yet our server was clearly very put out by having to serve us. He literally sneered every time he approached the table (which was always to snatch plates before people were done eating or to otherwise tell us to hurry up - we departed by 7:30 and the restaurant closes at 10), sighed loudly and rolled his eyes every time we made any request (the complete list of requests we made aside from the standard ordering of drinks and entrees: requesting that a different person order first and asking for a box), and generally made it clear that our presence was a great and unexpected burden. Even with the limited options for Italian food in Columbus, there are better options.
