The shakes are OK, biscuits get 5 stars. If you're used to the real Bojangles...avoid the outlets and wait until you go South for some real food. I'm still driving to West Virginia to get Bojangles cause this ain't it!!!!

My cashier was a very sweet young lady by the name of Amiya-lynai, her bright smile made my day & visit enjoyable. I'd probably visit more often if I didn't live so far away.

Imagine my surprise when I drove 2 hours from my home to get some chicken only to discover that they only serve chicken tenders and NO BONE IN CHICKEN here in Columbus, Ohio…. The tenders are good, but they aint bojangles chicken thighs. Bojangles, WHEN are you gonna bring in BONE-IN chicken to Ohio?
