- GKg kolenich4 days ago2.0I have to avoid gluten & dairy and frequent Bibibop when traveling & a location is along our travel route. Have stopped at this location many times while passing through. Our visit this week hit different, as the staff did not give off friendly vibes. When requesting an additional topping there was a purposeful pause before asking what I wanted, then a delay while making eye contact with the other team member on the line before adding. If cold toppings are 'unlimited', why do they act in this manner? When receiving the chicken topping, the fill was light and some was left in the scoop. My husband made the same observation regarding the service (without prodding, LOL). Ate in and cleaned off a table w napkins & water from fountain as other tables also had not been cleaned recently. Discouraged by this visit to Polaris Bibibop.
