We are a family of 4 and there was a family of 6 in front of us. There were 3 workers maybe 4 I couldn't tell for sure because all of them were hiding in the back while 1 girl was helping all of us in the lobby. Besides the 10 of us in the lobby they were not busy at all so It was extremely frustrating that we had to wait for as long as we did especially when there were other staff. The girl helping us seemed highly annoyed which was understandable considering her co-workers but she acted more annoyed with us and our multiple orders because the next customer got a "sorry for your wait" while we did not get that same consideration even though we waited for 30mins to get our ice cream. Over all just really bad customer service all around for not being busy at all. There were multiple things advertised (strawberry shortcake milkshake, hot fudge) that they said they did not have and there were no napkins or spoons stocked in the lobby.
