- AJAllyssa JusinoAug 21, 20261.0There was only one guy working and we tried to be patient waiting in the lobby for two drinks and three donuts. After 30 minutes with still had no drink and 6 cars going through the drive thru I politely said excuse me which he blew right past me ignoring me. I assumed he didn't hear me so I said excuse me a little louder and like he was trying to intimidate me he slammed his fist into the counter. Then when my husband got up seeing I was concerned my husband calmly said "excuse me sir I know you are by yourself but at this point we have been here for 45 minutes can we please get our stuff' the man proceeded to lose his ever loving mind. Yelling at us that can't we see he is alone and if we want it so bad get behind the counter and do his job. We tried to deescalate to which he responded we would not be getting the rest of our order because we were causing a scene and "the drive thru is more important than you"He proceeded to ignore us for 20 minutes. The only time he spoke to us was to tell us to go the hell (in front of my seven year old) and tell us he isn't giving us a refund while throwing a bag of random donuts we didn't order at us telling us to take it or leave it. I had to drive to another Dunkin to get the donuts which they didn't charge me for after the other employee basically stole from us. I have never been treated so poorly for asking a question, my daughter was scared and we were all stressed and shaken up. Needless to say I will keep my business at starbucks trying the pumpkin drink because dunkins came out first and is cheaper isn't worth being treated that way and scaring my child who just wanted a donut.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
