  I always enjoy stopping at this restaurant. Beef and cheddar is my favorite. Will visit again when I'm in the area.

  Seriously under staffed. Clearly drive-thru is management's priority. I felt bad for the 3 people working there during lunch. People in eat-in line left, me being one of them.

  I've always been a fan of Arby's, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I stopped in for lunch today and the customer service was not great. When I went to pick up my mobile order, the employee at the counter asked for my name. After I told her, she just walked away without saying anything. A few minutes later, she came back, slammed my bag on the counter, and walked away again. It felt rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the food wasn't any better. When I got back to work and started eating, my Classic Roast Beef with Cheese tasted off, almost like the cheese or meat had gone bad. I couldn't enjoy it at all. My French Dip wasn't much better and didn't sit well with my stomach afterward. Arby's has always been one of my favorite fast food places, but this visit was a huge letdown from both a service and food quality standpoint.

  Website sys they are open until 12:30 Google says 1:00 but somehow I do an order for 12:20 pick up and it's confirmed at 12:05am but when I arrive the woman is rude and yelling they are closed
