  Lady in the back was visibily upset that we came into the lobby instead of drive thru. She then cussed about having a change her gloves since my friend has a deadly allergy and can't risk cross contamination. She then cussed again when we asked for a side of onions. Manager tried to calm her down but it did not help the lady made it uncomfortable the whole time we are.

  I was going to pick up my order I was accused of stealing when I placed the order even said the name on order and confirmation number. Then once I got my food it was cold only thing fresh was fries n curly fries

  Probably the best location I’ve been to. Staff was extremely nice and very funny!

  I did a pick up order tonight and selected to pick up in the drive through. When I arrived, I was told I had to go inside. Ok cool. I go inside and immediately am greeted with attitude and the incorrect order. They were out of multiple things I ordered and while I was offered an alternative, one worker was extremely rude. She would not speak to me and was on her phone. I’m not sure if it’s been a rough night or what, but I was so uncomfortable asking for my correct items that I already paid for. This place was also dirty and smelly inside. I am unsure of the girls name that was rude but that’s not necessary. I haven’t ordered Arby’s in a long time, and after this experience I probably will not be back. After trying the food, it was cold and nasty.
