  I did a pick up order tonight and selected to pick up in the drive through. When I arrived, I was told I had to go inside. Ok cool. I go inside and immediately am greeted with attitude and the incorrect order. They were out of multiple things I ordered and while I was offered an alternative, one worker was extremely rude. She would not speak to me and was on her phone. I’m not sure if it’s been a rough night or what, but I was so uncomfortable asking for my correct items that I already paid for. This place was also dirty and smelly inside. I am unsure of the girls name that was rude but that’s not necessary. I haven’t ordered Arby’s in a long time, and after this experience I probably will not be back. After trying the food, it was cold and nasty.

  This is the worst Arby’s ever. I got the pecan chicken salad and the bread was so dry. The apple pie I got was bent in half and small. No napkins. If you want a good Arby’s , go to Obetz, and Lancaster , Ohio is really good too. The one on south high is so sad 😞 food and service is terrible.

  The male manager took my order. I wasn’t greeted. While telling him my order he was making a sour face. I asked him was he irritated? He didn’t answer me. So I went on to say that when I worked her many many years ago Brynn Knight was my store manager but I hear now that she married her longtime boyfriend. She’s now the district manager I heard. He just looked down at the register. He was creepy and weird for what?

  The mozzarella sticks were amazing as always.. the Mac n cheese is absolutely gross. Don't order it!

  Cold sandwich.. curly fries cold. No Arby's sauce in stocks. Or horseradish. No keptup or napkins in bag. Girl seem tired yelling people no sauces like our fault. The sandwich was VERY COLD.Not yhe Arby's I enjoyed
