  I strictly said BRING HORSEY SAUCE AND ARBYS SAUCE. Just put it in the freaking bag, it isnt that hard. Incompetent.

  They are cutting their meat way too thick on the regular Arby's sandwich, and the beef and cheddar. Its gross 🤮

  This review written Tuesday 9-22-2026 at lunch. It is about Arby’s in general in the greater Columbus area. Heat, hot enjoyable cooked fried baked! Over the past couple of months there has been a grievous lack of hot well cooked food in the restaurants I’ve visited. Which means potato cakes are soft gushy inside and cool. No crisp out coating. Apple turnover. You are supposed to serve them hot crispy. Not soft saggy outer coating and a cold mass of filling. As for the sandwich? I can recall well into last century when I’d take dates to get a hot roast beef sandwich at the original Boardman Ohio restaurant. So what’s happened to hot totally cooked Arby’s food in Columbus?

  They ought to make up their mind whether or not they are going to take the rewards through the app or not and preferably I wouldn't have to bang on the drive-thru window after backing up pulling forward backing up and pulling forward in the drive through just to get their attention and it would also be phenomenal if after waiting that long and going to that much effort if I actually got the sandwiches I ordered.... and I attempted to actually add curly fries and cups of cheese to my order but I wasn't about to go through a 5 to 10 minute process to get the gentleman working to come back to the window after the first attempt and getting through all the payments.

  Went here just for some steak nuggets and a turnover. They said they were out of turnovers but they'd make more just for us in 10mins. Took more like 15 but they gave us 2 of each flavor for our time. Absolutely awesome service. Wendy's would've just said they were out even at like 3pm. Highest respect for this location.
