  It was my first time going to this location and honestly I was kind of disappointed. None of the employees had gloves, and the girl who gave me my drink held it from the top of the lid with her bare hands. I also saw another employee wiping his hands on his shorts. I don’t want to be rude. I just don’t understand why they are not trained better.

  I go here often with my sister and never had a bad experience until now. Taking my order, wouldn’t even allow me to tip. I asked him why and he just said “I just assumed.” He judge me off my appearance and I watched him take a tip from every car behind me. Then my drinks were not made correctly I’m not sure if it was the way he put it in or if they were just rushing based on all the cars in the drive through. I left unsatisfied and offended that he asssumed I couldn’t tip.

  We got in line in our car at 6:45. Watched people walk up to the window an hour after we for there and get drinks within 20 minutes and ours took another hour. And the person taking orders at the walk up took arm fulls of the giveaway out and gave one to every person in line, then went back to the front of the line and took orders. Saw plenty of people walk away with only one drink and the giveaway. Should be the same as in the car line. You get the giveaway when you get your drinks and you have to order two. I’ll give credit to the workers taking orders and handing us our drinks. They were friendly and polite despite the craziness!
