  Some reason the people taking the order tended to keep to one line and only take orders from the first two cars. Definitely took WAY longer than it needed to. Drinks were 🔥🔥🔥 as always!

  4 seperate attempts to have a decent coffee and only the first time after they opened did I receive one. Since then, the coffee has essentially been bean juice with very little flavor regardless of the customisation I request. I will be sticking to the mom and pop shops from now on.

  We stopped by 7 Brew Coffee on Mother’s Day knowing it would be busy, and the line definitely showed it was one of their busiest days of the year. Even with how chaotic it was, the staff stayed professional, friendly, and worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving smoothly. They were patient, helpful, and truly did their best to make sure everyone had a great experience. You could tell the employees cared and were giving 100% despite the rush. Great customer service and a great attitude from the whole team!

  Might be the slowest drive through place in columbus. Any other 7 brew in the us might have more responsive and professional workers. Waited 40 min for a drink they couldn’t even make correctly. Thank you
