  Ok I go here a LOT and I dont understand what's been going on. The first couple weeks the service was amazing and the drinks were amazing. The last 2 weeks have been horrible. The drinks taste different everytime they make them. The coffee in them tastes like its 2 days old. The wait times are getting crazy and the staff is worn out and not happy anymore. Someone needs to check management. They are clearly the problem. I just want my fun delicious coffee place back. The only thing that can make a business change so fast is bad management.

  I would like to take the time out of my morning to write a review on the amazing experience this morning at the Sawmill stand. My daughter works for 7 Brew, but we always stop at this one since it’s closer to her school. However, the experience this morning with the young man named Jaleel was the epitome of what a service workers should be. He was respectful, kind, and provided clarity with the questions that I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient! That’s so hard to find these days. If this store has more employees such as Jaleel, I can see the company continuing to thrive, especially at this location. Thanks, Jaleel you are a leader and I hope you know that as well. Thank you for making my day! Now, if only you guys could get the pumpkin sauce down pat, we will be above 100% 😂.

  I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but it wasn’t cool that I had to be almost late to work to get a needoh Because of a strict manager, and I honestly wouldn’t care if he wasn’t coming out to yell at his employee about something about a avocado With very rude energy being the only man there are not helping it was very, not the best way to start my morning, but it was good. The coffee with the 7 Brew was good and the Needoh was good and the staff the rest of them were really good but the manager screaming to his Poor worker serving the very long line that he made all the people wait until 7 o’clock for the toys Yep, he created the Long line himself and then, once the micromanage, the way, his employees are managing the line, he gets his location a two star review. I don’t give one star reviews or it would be

  I’ve been at many different 7 Brews and when I saw that a 7 Brew would open up near me I was so excited! Ever since they’ve opened, I’ve been going to the Sawmill Rd 7 Brew pretty much every week since they opened, and I’ve never really had an issue with my order until recently. Over the past two weeks, I’ve gone about three times, and my order has been wrong every single time. They keep forgetting the whipped cream and other things, such as drizzle. Even when I order two different drinks, they end up tasting the same. Again i’ve been to multiple stands, and I understand that some of the workers at this stand may be new. When I went recently, there were a lot of workers, so I’m not sure if they were rushing to get the drinks out, but if they’re fully staffed and have several people working, they should take their time to make sure customers’ orders are correct. They usually repeat my order back to me, and I confirm that it’s correct, but it still ends up being made incorrectly. The workers also never confirm the drinks when handing them over; they just give them to me, which leaves me confused about whether I’m getting the right order. I would remind them and say, “I think you got my order wrong,” but there’s usually a long line behind me, and I don’t want to bother anyone or cause a delay, even though I know I should speak up. Because of this, I probably won’t be returning to this stand for a while. I’d like to give the workers some time to get situated and then come back later to see whether the issue has been resolved.

  Nope just nope. I'll stick to the campus location on N High. This place feels more like a high school house party than a business. The high school party vibe seems to be the priority over giving people the correct drinks and when mentioned to the apparent manager on duty that it wasnt the right drink he argued with my wife and tried to convince her it was correct. It wasn't even close but she left with it anyway just to get away from the super annoying atmosphere. It's fine we live in the University District and have had nothing but great service at the Campus location so we just will not ever ever ever be back to the new location on Sawmill. Ironic that the vibe is more enjoyable on campus and the orders are absolutely always spot on there as opposed to this store on sawmill. Fyi for the manager that told my wife that you can't tell the difference between strawberry and chocolate that it was strawberry in her drink it just looks like chocolate, now that she drank it or attempted to drink it, will you now tell her that strawberry also tastes like chocolate and she's still wrong? Does the cold foam on top also look like ice cubes is that why she thinks it was missing too? How about the drizzle on top of both drinks? Are we wrong in thinking that it wasnt there either? Again we frequent the N High location we know what it looks like and taste like when we get the right drinks and this was far from it and you should've listened to her when she told you it was wrong instead of telling her she was wrong.
