  The guy with a silver chain necklace and stud earrings had the best customer service! There was a lady using excessive profanity and not moving even after receiving her order and he handled the situation very well and kindly resolved it. Character!

  My order was made wrong.a The staff seemed to not care to speak to customers as I sat in like for 10 minutes watching as 6 of them were sitting and standing around.

  I don't recommend coming to this 7brew; it is run very poorly. I understand that with it being indoors, customers will hear conversations from the employees, but I shouldn't feel uncomfortable because one of the employees is poorly talking about another person (quite loudly too, with vulgar language), who I can only assume is another employee at this location, based on what they were saying. I would go to another stand, but this is the nearest one to campus, so my daughter and I can get our weekly 7 brew when I come to visit her. I have not seen this employee in a while, but I used to always see them on the weekends. I do not know this employee's name, just that they are muslim and also always rude when something is wrong with our drink (on top of the inappropriate work talk), and we say something..... I also believe they are a manager or have some sort of authority because if we told a different employee something was wrong, they would go to her for help. Such a shame, a great place is run by not-so-good people, my daughter even has told me that when she goes in at night, she is not treated very nicely, and the male manager will just focus on cleaning things, or sometimes she will walk in and there will not even be a worker behind the counter, and they are in the back.

  Was very dirty. I suspect that it was just this location, but it looked like a bunch of drunk college kids spilled crap and puked everywhere on a Saturday night (it was Sunday afternoon when I went).
