  Their sweet and salty is amazing...its my go to every time. Ive had a couple other drinks that had different profiles like the German chocolate mocha it was great but no match to the sweet and salty. Also a white chocolate mocha I think it was good too...I tend to like the sweeter ones... there is no food here, and its just a drive thru...sometimes wait times can be super long especially if they are promoting something. Normally takes 3 to 5 minutes on a good day to order and get your drink.

  Drinks are good which is why the lines remain so long but the service is HORRIFIC. When the lines are long and they have ipads, why aren’t they walking from car to car to take orders like they used to? Today the weather is gorgeous and there is no reason they shouldn’t be taking orders ahead of time. It took me an HOUR to get one drink and there s no escape out of the drive thru line if you’re in the lane closest to the building. Would not recommend coming at any time of day if they aren’t going to manage the line. Massive waste of time.

  The staff was having issues with their ipad/ internet (on this day). Despite the issues, they still stayed professional and did all they could while customers/ I waited. Every time I visit this specific location, the staff is always friendly, even if you can see they're having bad days for whatever reason. Keep up the great work and thank you for all that you do <3

  after waiting 20 minutes in a line to have my order taken (unusual for 7 brew) i ordered a sugar free brunette with whipped cream and caramel syrup on top… so why was a i handed a blondie no whipped cream, i was skeptical when he took the order because he only hit 2 buttons (or it seemed) i have T1D and really love the sugar free options from here and it matters if mine is sugar free or not ya know. i accepted the drink because he said it was sugar free and didn’t want to hold up the line but i am just really disappointed in this experience.

  I get 7 brew at least once or twice a week and I order the same thing every time (7 energy w/ blue raspberry, watermelon, and kiwi). The past 6 times I’ve come to this location, my drink has been a completely different color and flavor every time. I’m no brewista but I’m certain that the color of my drink shouldn’t range from dark purple to a clear/peach color. Today my drink obviously did not have any blue raspberry syrup in it. I’ve come back only to give a “second chance” but still my drink is wrong repeatedly. I also typically don’t have a problem with workers talking to each other but when no one is taking orders and we’re just laughing and standing there talking, it’s frustrating because I always come before working night shift and don’t have time to wait around (each time the line is fairly short and I’m right up at the stand). I also have been told that I can get a discount for being a nurse, but occasionally I’m told I cannot. I don’t care usually about the discount but when I ask I consistently get a rude response if they tell me no. Will not be coming back here anymore.
