  The baristas made a switch in the drink without asking first. The change involved carbonation which my friend does not like. Instead of offering to make a new drink all they gave me was a refund.

  I have loved everything I have got from there especially the Island Pina colada smoothie amazing. I didnt care for energy drink but that was just me.

  I go to this location very frequently, and most of the staff provide a really great experience. Yes, the lines can be LONG!!! But honestly, it’s pretty worth the wait to me. Even more, I want to shout out two young women, Lily and Violet (I hope I spelled their names correctly). Lily can MAKE a drink!! I know my order isn’t perfect every time, but when she’s working the line, it hits every single time. And when she’s at the register, her personality is electrifying — she can genuinely turn a bad day into a good one. Violet is very sweet. She’s pretty quiet, but one thing she will do is make sure my order is correct, and that is so appreciated. I’m always greeted with a smile from them, and the small things truly go a long way. Thank you ladies for being who you are!

  I didn’t get his name but the guy taking our order was awesome and turned my day around, drinks also usually come out fast even if it’s busy so I think the people making drinks do a good job too, overall it’s nice every time I’ve been

  I just want to say the service here is awesome everyone was kind and understanding even though I had ordered a lot and it was a pretty busy day for them they still managed to be nice and friendly while getting me why I needed I just loved them soo much especially Casey I think her name was she was so kind to me on Saturday such. Sweetheart and a couple of others bless their little hearts.
